First time customer thought I finally found a bomb chicken spot for 2 chicken sandwiches, fried shrimp and a box a fries similar to (New York fried chicken fries) came to 36.35 witch seemed a bit odd, the teller explained she changes 75 cents for ketchup and 75 cents for mayo and 75 cents for pickles like in the economy you guys are charging for condiments idk weird to me buffalo chicken sandwich trash tasted old regular chicken sandwich trash the best thing was the fries and shrimp but other than it’s like they gave us old food not fresh for a place charging 75 cents for condiments I expected freshness you disappointed me sidechick. Yall better off going to Popeyes honestly don’t waste your time mid asf

I don’t really give bad reviews. So when I walked i explained to the cashier “ hey you guys gave me some old dry chicken 🍗😐 last time I came here so I want it fresh. He said ok cool.. So I left and came back in a couple minutes and it was done a little too fast for my liking. When I looked through the box they had mixed the old chicken with a just a few fresh pieces. I was obviously upset. He apologized and said they would make an all fresh batch so I had to wait another 15 minutes. It’s suck because when it’s fresh it’s really good. So why would you not want to serve the best all the time??
Ordered it, really good tenders. And main chick sandwich is good too. Hell-a-hot chick sandwich was not great.

ESSENCE RUSSELL- WHITE
It is a small spot on a busy street, no parking, but the chicken is delicious. You would have to park on a side street or other business and walk over. It is worth it in my opinion. It wasn't busy when we went, so that was a plus. They fried the chicken fresh for us. The young lady at the front was nice. I will definitely come back here if I am in the area with no questions.
Great halal spot for chicken sandwiches or wings. The prices are unbeatable! The Main Bird sandwich was just right. As was the bbq chicken wings.
Would recommend having cups of water available for customers to wash down the spicy delicious meal.

I regularly grab lunch here since it's close to my office. Food is consistently good and cashiers are friendly. I regularly get the hot cheeto sandwich, it hasn't done me wrong.
