Silver Dove Afternoon Tea in Boston offers a charming atmosphere with attentive service. The space is cute and perfect for a leisurely afternoon. I especially enjoyed the scone and the wide selection of teas—they were the highlights for me. However, most of the other pastries and sandwiches were just good/okay. That said, if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing afternoon tea experience, it’s still worth a visit!
I really enjoyed my afternoon tea. Our server was great, knowledgeable about the tea, and was able to make recommendations. The small bites provided will definitely be a hit or miss for some people. While I enjoyed a majority of what was served other people in my party did not. And the small children we brought were also not fans of a majority of the flavors. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend this spot for picky eaters or kids, especially with the price point being higher...
Spent a lovely afternoon with my oldest daughter enjoying tea and delicious food. Knowing that the restaurant was completely gluten and oat free allowed my daughter to relax and enjoy the experience. We are looking forward to the next seasonal menu; we will absolutely come back.
