Man at the counter was super sweet and the coffee was really good
Customer service is poor. Ordered my coffee, which ended up being wrong and instead of the barista correcting it she insisted that is what I ordered. Which then came with an eye roll. Coffee isn't the greatest flavor but the outdoor seating area was the only great thing about my experience.

I ordered an iced latte and it was so good. They have a beautiful inside and an even better outdoor seating area. I loved that some of their indoor tables had games which made for a fun activity while drinking my coffee. Would definitely come back!

They told a white group it was okay for them to pay after their system is back up and told me I couldn’t and all i wanted was water??? And they let someone cut me in line until i had to re emphasize my presence???

Huge fan of their turkey sandwich and refresher drinks! Service is awesome and staff is super friendly. It’s also in a very cute garden and perfect for an outdoor date/chill spot (they serve drinks as well!).

I found this randomly and I loved it! It’s a nice surprise in a very lovely area. People were all friendly and the espresso was good (not amazing, but still good). Plenty of seats inside and outside. I’ll surely go back.

I recently visited Sip Cafe in Boston and had a wonderful experience. The service provided by Asad was exceptional—he was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything was perfect. The coffee was also excellent, rich in flavor and perfectly brewed. It's a cozy spot with a great atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic and serene! I truly adore the place. The pricing is a little bit on the higher side, but the drinks were satisfactory. Now, I would like to discuss the staff. On this particular day, there were three staff members working, and the male staff member was the only one not actively engaged in work. As someone with experience in human resources and related matters, I find it rather concerning that he was not fulfilling his duties and was constantly on his phone. It's not good. So many people who want to actually work and you guys have someone like that. It's a waste of money and time. Hire someone who is like these girls who actually are working and these girl were extremely welcoming, unlike him.
