0 stars if I could! I stopped there yesterday as it was along the Greek parade that we came to see. We ordered 2 burgers, a large fries, 6 wings and a shake. One burger came out…we there waiting until the burger is gone, then another burger came out with a little fries dropped on the plate as the large fries. I’m just like ok and we were now waiting for wings. The wings came out and luckily we didn’t order the sauce because it obviously had blood in it. I didn’t even think of taking a picture but I wasn’t even going to write a review until after I kindly ask if I could return the wings because I did not touch them and I won’t be eating them. I am surely not getting sick from some wings. The runner went in and had their little conversation with the “manager” that had her pants hanging and everyone could clearly see her boxers. The runner came over to me and said 2 seconds the “manager” is coming. The manager proceeded to do her little dancing (yes they were getting down on the back while I was at the register holding my baby while they just had me there like a fool. I remained calm. Eventually she came out but the only reason she did was for some bringing in an application. Then she finally turn around to me because I am the one that went over to her to see if I could finally be acknowledged I guess. So I asked if someone is not allowed to say they don’t want something, because obviously it wasn’t cooked properly. To my surprise, another girl from across the counter chose to ask me what’s my problem. So I said I am not talking to u and she proceeded to argue with me while the so call manager thought that was appropriate behavior I guess. And a “manager” had the nerve to say I am the one that came there. When I just didn’t want some undone wings? They literally don’t care and even have marijuana sent coming through the back. Never again!

I'm only giving this location two stars cuz the tots are so darn tasty. This store has abysmal service, which I discovered the first time I visited last month. The staff was hanging around, congregating, bringing in food for themselves from Chick-fil-A. I ordered a simple burger, just ketchup, mayo, and pickles, and after at least a 20 minute wait, I was delivered a burger with only a slice of American cheese. Tots were good though, so I didn't complain. Thought I'd give them another chance today by ordering online through the app. I got a text stating my order was ready, but they hadn't even started cooking the tots yet. And they still managed to screw up the burger. Staff is lackadaisical at best. No wonder this store is a ghost town at lunchtime.

Recently I ordered and had it delivered through Uber Eats. When I say the food was just awful. Burger was over cooked fries were stale I got there wings and just not fresh. I would never get food here again.

Every employee at this establishment is rude and unprofessional. The staff chooses to stop serving food when they feel like it, and they even lie about their hours to avoid serving food.Do not eat here, this establishment should be closed down.

I ordered crispy chicken burger .. it was burnt on the outside and almost unpalatable. I didn’t get too much confidence about the place because the person taking my order there was eating Chik-fil-A ?.
I went with my wife and son. I already knew the franchise, I ate at the same place in Chicago. In Boston I decided to eat there! It was painful because the heating was off and in the cold, eating in a cold environment was torture! Everyone at the burger restaurant was complaining. So I don't recommend going if it's too cold or until the heating is fixed. It made the people who work there feel sorry, everyone was shivering from the cold!

The most awful burger I've ever had. Moreover the double avocado burger didn't have any avocado in it at all. The meat was dry and overcooked. I wish I could get my money back. I wouldn't recommend visiting this dirty place even to a stray dog.

The young lady with glasses at shake machine was really scary. I didn't even know her and she would purposely make my orders late even though I was here before other people. she would look around and act like she didn't knows what happening. It's important to do psych Evaluation's I don't know this girl and she had an issue with me. We're not even in the same age range I'm assuming.
