Out of all the burritos places in Boston, this one is by FAR the best and most authentic, and is always a recommendation to friends when they're nearby the area.

cursing under your breath when a customer walks in is a great way to make them never come back

Food was very mid. A bit overpriced for comparable dishes around the area. Not worth all that. Not a welcoming atmosphere or smell. Also no free tap water? Like?

I like the burrito here more than the other places in the area. And they give more meat!!!!!!!

I think they are so friendly:) The price is not bad burrito bowl so good and it’s big.

It’s better than Amelia’s and el jefe I think. Much better. I just wish they take the bay leaf out first so I don’t chew on it.

Only one person works there, he cooks the food and he is also charging the customers by touching the food, money, at the same time, nasty.

Stopped here to grab a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a burrito and my husband ordered a bowl both which were very delicious! It is a very small spot with some bar stool seating inside.

Delicious and fresh. Great bang for your buck. I way over ordered, thinking the size would be similar to other similar restaurants in the area. But with only one man working, beware of surges and wait times. But do come!

Quite possibly the worst wrapped burrito I’ve ever had. Very soggy and fell apart within a few bites.I was watching the lady make it and pointed out to her that it was leaking and all she said was yes and carried on stuffing a leaking burrito into a bag. I will not be coming here again

One of the best vegetarian burrito options I've ever had – the tofu adobo is decadently sauced, the rice is very well seasoned, and the add-ons were delicious as they were abundant. Can't recommend highly enough!

Vegetarian options: Their tofu adobo option for protein is amazing – from there you can customize the burrito of your dreams! They also have a number of sides that are veg-friendly.

very bad experience.... As a person who never tried a Mexican food, the staff who stand on the topping area was so rude. After I want to asked what toppings I can choose and don't know how to pronounce it, the man flipped his eyes and sigh. On the contrary, the lady who is a cashier, is a very nice person. Never want to go to this restaurant again.

Mexican food is gross

Definitely open, but the guy says he’s not open? Might want to adjust the hours.

So I tried this place a few months back and I took one bite and gave it to a homeless guy. However I decided to give it a 2nd shot. I must say very impressed. The guacamole and rice needs more flavor but overall the rice bowl was on point. There was only one guy working (which I feel is a little bit of abuse especially were this is located in the heart of symphony & Berkelee College.) The line was out the door and the guy was handling online orders, in store orders and ringing them up. He deserves a raise for real! He did all of this with such ease and greeted us all with a smile.

The service was too bad despite being a very good meal. In my 3 visits:
1 time reluctantly
2 times worse than the first
The 3rd time there was a sign that said I open again at 2:30, I waited for the time and came back and he answered no, it was 3 pm.

What kind of service is it? What attention is it for a recurring customer?
