Food was extremely disappointing. Coffee was okay. Staff was friendly. The kale and mixed greens salad was just a prepackaged Kroger romaine salad at triple the price. Not a lick of kale. The sandwiches were very basic. 3 sandwiches, 1 coffee, a salad, and a bagel sand which. Overall paying $69 for this prepackaged Kroger meal was more than frustrating. Avoid.

Coffee was too hot, ?
Sorelle is always a go to for a convenient coffee and sandwich! Maria, who works at the cafe, is always a pleasure to talk to and makes the best lattes! She’s definitely one of the highlights of the cafe.

The staff at this coffee shop was quite friendly, which I appreciated.
While the latte didn't quite meet my expectations given the price point, I understand that crafting the perfect cup is an art form.
The food offerings were adequate, though there may be room for improvement.
Perhaps I have high standards when it comes to my coffee experience, but I believe attention to detail can make all the difference.

Why so much plastic?
Even if you stay at "Sorelle" to eat and drink: plastic rulez!
I don't think that's "sustainable".
There ARE porcelain mugs...but you have to SPECIFICALLY request them.
The coffee itself? Fab!
The toasts and the sandwishes: too!!

This place has very little parking but is fully accessible and pretty massive inside!
They have Harney & Sons bottled teas (my favorite), Natalie’s juices, waters, pre-made salads and yogurt, grab-and-go chips, and more.
They use bagels from Iggies, which, their rolls are phenomenal…the multigrain bagels were the texture of a roll, not a bagel. Good but not what I want in a bagel.
The eggs weren’t single eggs, but looked poured from a container, and the avocado is smushed and likely from a jar, not a fresh avocado.
I don’t pushed my sandwich had more cheese too, as the slice was super thin.
Overall it was not a sandwich I’d get again, but I did like the place itself, and would go back to try other things.
It was also affordable. My egg sandwich was $8 ish.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible inside. One small stair to get in.

Pretty mid coffee shop, although service was nice and baristas were very helpful. Came here with some friends to meet up for coffee and light snacks. The atmosphere was a bit dull and better for just order and pick up. I wouldn’t necessarily name the spot as a hangout area. Overall, ok location to grab a coffee and a snack but not as warm as a cafe in town.
