The Equator brand coffee there is exceptional. I had to buy a five-pounder bag to make sure I had plenty at home!

Wanted to make this my regular spot because of its proximity to work, but the staff is SO RUDE. Every time i go in there they seemingly forget my entire order, but everyone who paid after me gets exceptional service… it’s giving micro aggression. Super uncomfortable and will NEVER go here again. Greystone is WAAAAAAAY better anyways.

Super overpriced

Management seems low energy and mean. To me Flour cafe on Washington st southend is better. I wouldn't return or recommend to anyone

Drinks were great! Breakfast burrito was overloaded with spinach. I like the a addition to keep it healthier, but too much overpowers the rest of the flavors.

Handicapped parking directly across the street (two spots)! There is a step or two to enter, but not many. The food is phenomenal and the matcha with soy (they also have almond milk) was one of the best I’ve had. So so good!

I also tried their overnight oats and ricotta bread.

Ordered a $14 sandwich. Was charged $16.97. When I asked how that work out I was told the sandwich is really $15 but is clearly $14 on the menu. I was told they also take .60 cents for a service fee but the math of extra dollar, service fee, and tax still doesn’t add up. Sandwich was good but the scam pricing will make me avoid ever going back.

The quality of the coffee here mirrors that of dunkin. Having tried them a number of times, this opinion is not from a fluke. I won’t order coffee here again, and neither should you.

Friendly and polite staff; we liked their blueberry muffin and orange chocolate scone.

Amazing experience with South End Buttery. Most delicious pastries, and a great restaurant ran by excellent management. Highly suggest you check it out, whether you're local or visiting! 5-stars all around.

The iced coffee isn’t very good and the lids are faulty and drip coffee on you no matter how tight they are.

I thought I just got a bad batch and a defective lid, so I went back after a month and had the same result. They also charge a 4% administration fee which is ridiculous.

I gave a second star though because the chocolate croissant was delicious!

Biscuits and baked items are great! Options made there, beware. Staff is friendly to regulars, but not everyone and definitely not service oriented. Ate here twice while visiting family, but I won’t be back. Once purchased, there’s no follow up with prep staff to ensure order is correct or that ingredients are even available. I had to ask for the rest of my order on my first trip because it wasn’t complete. On my second trip, I couldn’t wait to try the ricotta toast on the menu with fig jam, blueberries, wildflower honey and sea salt in sourdough. The bread was good, but what I got was ricotta with strawberry jam and sliced almonds. No mention during purchase that they didn’t have the ingredients available and the prep staff handed over my toast made in a way that doesn’t even exist in the menu. Mentioned this twice to family and they both responded with ‘false advertising.’

4% “administration fee” on all purchases.

Great way to not price as advertised. 1* for illegal deception(prices not as advertised) and junk fees.
