This was my first time ordering from this establishment and my last time as well. We ordered through Uber Eats and part of the order was missing. After calling the establishment, we were told to call Uber Eats...we were spoken to as if they could care less! After speaking with Uber eats who made the restaurants wrong a right. We then called to see if the restaurant would deliver what we were missing if they had a driver coming our way, they said no and we'd have to adhere to a $40.00 minimum order after we just ordered almost $60.00 worth of subs. The way you're spoken to is despicable. Customer service here was the most horrible I have received in a long time.

Flavorful falafels, yummy strawberry smoothie, generous fisherman's platter. We got our ordering under 10 minutes at a busy time. Some sketchy people go there, but it's not the owners fault. The owner is nice and friendly.

The quality of care is very bad. I bought 2 sandwiches, waited 30 minutes for them, there was no other order nor was it full to justify the delay. There were three people and none of them were able to prepare the order, everyone turned around doing absolutely nothing.

Not impressed. Ordered Chicken Broccoli Extravaganza Pizza. Broccoli didn’t show up to the Extravaganza. It was more like a few tiny pieces accidentally fell on the pizza. Dry chicken and cheese pizza. Arrived late.

I love this little hole in the wall in Boston! Great food, great serving sizes, and fantastic staff. I travel all the way from Maine just to get their Chicken Bacon Carbanara. 10 out of 10 recommend.
