Great cruise, staff was very helpful and friendly. Boston Balloon Factory did a great job decorating the Spirit of Boston ship.
Sunset Jazz with Elan Trotman and Friends was off to a great start. The bartender on the second floor was fantastic. He's drinks were amazing! The dining experience was very unpleasant. My partner and I sat for 15 minutes before a rude waitress came to take the order. A group of white folks sat on the table next to us and the waitress not only took their order right away, they received their food before us and they ordered the same thing. When called to her attention that she served the group who sat after us first, instead of apologizing, she became hostile. When she finally brought the food out, she slammed it on the table and never returned. After several failed eye contract attempts, my partner got up and approached her for some napkins and she shooed him away like he was mosquito. I've been on City Cruises many times and this is the first time anyone has ever been hostile towards my party. I don't spend my dollar wnere I am not welcomed so I won't be back nor will I ever recommend.
Boston Harbor Cruises Whale watch- Saw 5 whales- 1 whale full breached (lept completely out of the water VERY rare) 4 times, pectoral fin slapped for 5 minutes and then tail slapped 10+ times. It was an Exceptional trip even by the Ship's crew's standards. The Naturalist was going out of her mind.
This is not at all as to what I expected. I expected something a little more elegant, and it was more of a tourist attraction, something you might experience on Carnival Cruise Line; it's just not my thing. I thought there was a dress code, also, but people were dressed all kinds of ways. I am not a fan of buffets, but the food was actually quite good. The extra charge for appetizers and wine was fine, but overpriced. The service was great. But the trip out to sea, was it just a hour out into the harbor, and turning around and going back. It was very loud, due to all of the music and dancing, however, a lot of people were having fun. Again, personal preference, it's just not my thing. I was hoping for something a little more elegant, and quiet, and perhaps a little commentary. If you need to use the restroom, it's downstairs. You could go to the upper deck, but there is nowhere to sit.
First time. Overall, it was beautiful. The food was to die for. I sat in front of the door. I was freezing.
Was nice birthday party
Great staff/experience!!!

Was here for an event. The catered food was good, the views were wonderful and it wasn't too chilly/windy although the sky wasn't as clear as I had hoped. Overall great experience.
This cruise has been on my bucket list for years so when we finally visited Boston I jumped at the chance to go. Pros- the staff was very friendly, the drinks strong and the harbor views incredible. Cons- the food wasn't great, soft drinks were not included with the meal, the dance portion of the evening didn't start until about 40 minutes before we returned to the dock. Things to know- our tickets were for the 7pm cruise and the instructions said boarding starts at hour before departure. Be aware that they actually started serving dinner before departure, in our case about 6:40. You'll also want to bring a jacket as the outside decks can be chilly and windy.
Outstanding, Fun and Crew Rocks!
Great Buffet!

This place sucks. They denied me water after feeling sick. What kind of business does that?
Parking was awful but once on board a very pleasant evening. Very good buffet.
Loved it!
Had a great night with a party of 6. Once on board we found out we had been upgraded to a window table which gave a great view of the beautiful city all lit up at night. The DJ was great! The dance floor was on fire! Great vibe and smiles all around. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
Went on a harbor lunch cruise with our friends to celebrate a birthday. Great time seeing the sights in the harbor and we saw a whale! That's a 2 for one right there! Lunch filled us up and we all enjoyed the drinks, music, service and sights.
