Was here for an event. The catered food was good, the views were wonderful and it wasn't too chilly/windy although the sky wasn't as clear as I had hoped. Overall great experience.

This cruise has been on my bucket list for years so when we finally visited Boston I jumped at the chance to go. Pros- the staff was very friendly, the drinks strong and the harbor views incredible. Cons- the food wasn't great, soft drinks were not included with the meal, the dance portion of the evening didn't start until about 40 minutes before we returned to the dock. Things to know- our tickets were for the 7pm cruise and the instructions said boarding starts at hour before departure. Be aware that they actually started serving dinner before departure, in our case about 6:40. You'll also want to bring a jacket as the outside decks can be chilly and windy.

Outstanding, Fun and Crew Rocks!

Great Buffet!

This place sucks. They denied me water after feeling sick. What kind of business does that?

Parking was awful but once on board a very pleasant evening. Very good buffet.

Had a great night with a party of 6. Once on board we found out we had been upgraded to a window table which gave a great view of the beautiful city all lit up at night. The DJ was great! The dance floor was on fire! Great vibe and smiles all around. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Went on a harbor lunch cruise with our friends to celebrate a birthday. Great time seeing the sights in the harbor and we saw a whale! That's a 2 for one right there! Lunch filled us up and we all enjoyed the drinks, music, service and sights.

The experience was amazing. The crew and staff were very attentive. The views were breathtaking, especially the sunset over the seaport area, followed by the nighttime lights. There are games placed around the cruise, which was pretty cool. The food was great. It was just oddly paired. I would recommend the large margarita for two. You take a glass home for a souvenir.

Fun cruise around the harbor. Entertainment was good and the bartenders were also good. Food was OK. The Spirit of Boston was the boat we were on.

I went on a 2 hour bingo cruise which included a buffet lunch, DJ with music on the dance floor everything. They gave out amazing prizes this was there first time doing bingo. It was great weather and I had a great time.

Is zero stars an option? After paying $299.98 for two, we were denied boarding because we were 4 minutes late. Boat was still tied to the dock and all staff still there. We explained we were caught in a massive Boston traffic jam and a 15 minute Uber ride took over an hour. It appeared they would let us on but changed their minds after they saw our tickets were booked through Viator, and not them directly. Viator would not refund. And when we questioned why we could not change the date, they finally said it might be possible but we had left Boston by then. Zero for customer service. Never got on the boat. Also out $100 for the Uber ride because of traffic jam surcharge. So $400 to watch City Cruises cast off and leave us watching.

Mix up but was later taken care of by the Captain

We just got home after our Father’s Day Luncheon cruise. This is not our first Spirit cruise, we also did Mother’s Day, 2024 and previous other dates. The staff/crew were all outstanding. The buffet was an extreme disappointment and after spent approximately $400, I feel I should state our extreme disappointment with the food. The salmon was dry and cold, the roasted potatoes were never heated, the hand cut beef could easily pass for the bottoms of my shoes. We were on the second deck and it was clear this “food” was not recently prepared, more like a few days earlier. Pls understand we were on this cruise one month earlier and the food was 250% better. Yes, the Mother’s Day cruise was more expensive but the menu was identical. You should be ashamed for serving such terrible food at such a ridiculous price. What is wrong with you anyhow?

Wow! We had such a nice time on our lunch cruise. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. There was a great selection for food and drink. 10/10 experience!
