This hot pot is the best in the area. The broths are delicious and the best part is the buffet. You can pick your own veggies, noodles and be creative with the sauce bar. You can end your night with a delicious ice cream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I go to this place at least 2x a month.

The veggies are very fresh. There's a variety of noodles to choose from. I recommend the soba and spinach noodles. Make sure you cook them for at least 4 mins otherwise it'll be chewy. Come early for dinner. Otherwise you'll have to wait for an hour.

Service is sometimes slow, the pots seem to either be on or off (there's little variation in cooking temperature, but at least it's safe), and I wish they brought back reservations, but if you go in early you'll have a great time.

Probably one the best meals I ever had! Everything was outstanding: the noodles, meat, vegetables, sauces, and desert. Fresh ingredients, I especially liked that the matcha ice cream was not too heavily matcha flavoured, but not too entirely sweet either. 10/10 would visit again or recommend for a family gathering
Easily one of the best hot pot places I've visited. I don't even recall how many times I've been. The key is the honestly massive multi-bar buffet setup of hot pot accoutrements. Tons of options for persons with dietary restrictions, which is awesome.

Also, if you come, do NOT sleep on the matcha ice cream. An excellent closer to the meal, and good for soothing a burned tongue!

They changed the Mala Soup recipe to something flavorless. It used to have pork bone broth in it and now it tastes flavorless. So, the appeal of endless fresh ingredients is drowned out by the oily, hot water that used to be a delicious soup base. Spring shabu shabu used to be my #1 hot pot place, but it is hard to enjoy if the soup base is bland and soy bean oil; before the change I used to go regularly.

The experience has always been good and the foods are fresh. A little outside of topic here: On Oct 5, we went to the restaurant around 9pm. Caught this couple here on my camera. Don’t know what were they looking for inside of my car but definitely was creepy lol. They spent quite a bit near by my car but for some reason, can only downloaded 30seconds max. Had to move my car in the middle of the meal
