A never ending meal with so many options. I love being able to go up and select different toppings.
The all you can eat hot pot is good, you can choose your broth. It’s also a. Buffet style for getting your veggies, noodles, rice, sauce, and other food. The meat is sold separately. The green tea ice cream was my personal favorite.
Parking: It’s in a plaza so there is parking but it’s always packed because of how popular it is

Terrible experiance I had called months before hand to ask about a food allergy and was given an answer but it seems that was a lie and there was no way to accommodate me when I was actually there. We had chosen them above the dozens of hot pot places in Allston becasue of their individual pots and that turned out to be a huge mistake.

This restaurant is one of the few in the Boston, Cambridge, and Allston areas that offers a shabu-shabu experience closer to Japanese and Korean styles.
One advantage is that the broth isn't as heavily spiced as in hot pot, and you can enjoy a variety of toppings buffet-style.
However, a disadvantage is that the meat isn’t all-you-can-eat, so if you want a lot of meat, it can get expensive. While it’s a restaurant worth recommending, for the same price, I might choose a hot pot place with unlimited meat options. The service here is friendly as well.

I'm not a big Shabu-Shabu or hot-pot guy but I'll go because my wife loves them so I've been to a few and hands down this was my favorite spot and would 100% go out of my way to come back.

The best thing is ice cream, but now there are fewer free dishes here.

spring shabu shabu my goddess … this is definitely one of the more affordable buffet hotpot places in boston, at a price of $22.95 excluding meat and seafood. the array of veggies, fish balls, tofu and noodles is extensive and fresh, and a lot bigger of a range compared to other hotpot places. the meat is pay per plate, ranging from $3-$5. the broth is not as high quality as you’d find at other hotpot places, but it is something you give up in exchange for the price. the meat quality is also mediocre, but the shining star of this place really is how affordable it is and the quality of veggies. atmosphere was ok, it’s pretty bustling but not overly loud and you have enough space to move around. service is pretty good. THE UNLIMITED MATCHA SOFT SERVE IS ALSO TO DIE FOR !
Vegetarian options: Vegetables, tofu, eggs, noodles.
Parking: Located next to a free parking lot with other shops such as Petco, McDonalds, etc.

all you can eat hotpot, but each person gets their own pot, and there are lots of allergy friendly options. be prepared to wait during peak times over the weekend. There is a time limit of 90 mins as well.

Definitely worth the wait! The options were really diverse and fresh. Would love for the high chairs to be just a bit taller
Kid-friendliness: The kid hot pot is a great way to be able to introduce new vegetables or have some favorites.
Wheelchair accessibility: It would be incredibly hard to navigate for the food. Would have to have someone else go to the buffet.

THEY CHANGED THEIR GREEN TEA ICE CREAM!!!! Idk what they did but it doesn’t taste nearly as good as their old green tea ice cream. Lacks green tea flavor. Pls pls pls changed it back. Normally everything is five stars but this one change is too big of a change!!!

Great selection of vegetables and clean/spacious place. Typically has long waits on weekends. I do not recommend going within the last hour of dining service. The servers will hover around your table, clean off each plate, and glare at you from a distance. A very very subtle way to tell you to get out…..

4.5. It is expensive but within good reason. It’s a buffet style hot pot where you pay extra for the meat. It’s clean and most often than not, there’s a line to get in (and it’s a pretty large restaurant too!).
The food tastes fresh and it is my go to hotpot place in Boston. Extra points to their soft serve ice cream you can get for dessert. I swear they are made different or something because it tastes so clean/light.
