It’s 7 pm, 30 min until closing. I’m coming in parched after a Friday night workout. I order an iced drink, only to find out is out for the night. Somewhat defeated, Yari provides alternate iced drinks. She was super accommodating. Both Kathy and Yari provided such awesome customer service and such great attitudes. It was my first time going to this Starbucks and I’m definitely coming back!

I don't go in to Boston very often but have been to this location 3 or 4 times. Always a pleasant experience chatting with the staff and getting my drinks made right! Today was another exceptional, first class occasion. Jordan was the barista who made my coffee. She had questions about my modifications and asked politely (and cute-ly!) for clarification. Thank goodness too, there was an error in how it was rung out. Thanks to her diligence and professionalism I got a perfectly crafted shaken espresso! Thank you Jordan, you're great!! Great atmosphere here too!
