Not sure why all the negative reviews, as my visits here were great and without any issues. I did preorder every time, I had to wait a few minutes on one occasion, but they we always cheerful when I came in and everybody working seemed to be busy. I came here several times during my visit to Boston, and I have no complaints! Great Starbucks!

a get in get out type starbucks— only 2 tiny tables, not much light. tatte across the street has more space to work, otherwise there are other starbucks in the area with more room.
