My wife and I stopped there Saturday evening 7/20/24. I wish I had gotten there names but there was a young woman and man working there and they could not have been nicer. They not only made the drinks to perfection, but were courteous and even engaged / were sweet to our 3yr old daughter. A stark contrast to what we've seen at other locations.
This place is a convenient Starbucks if you are working at the Courthouse, or staying at the Envoy Hotel, like we did. Doesn't get as much traffic as the Starbucks a few blocks away on Seaport Boulevard... good to know. Great staff, large place with lots of seating. Well made Latte and good supply of Komodo Dragon beans.
I have been a loyal customer for almost 25 years since Starbucks came to Boston in 1994. Recently, I had an issue in the Fan Pier store that involved a shaky table, my computer, and a vente mocha. The store manager (Lorena) and her barista (Ivana) handled the affair swiftly and elegantly -- like they were serving one of their special coffees. Customer service in Seattle followed up to be sure that I was a happy customer. The result of this whole affair... I'm more satisfied...
