Worst location ever!!! Drink was watery not made properly !!! I got a Trenta strawberry açai lemonade. I was charged 13.64 I’ve been to other Starbucks locations before cause I go everyday was never charged this much for my drink. I was definitely overcharged by a lot this Was my first time at this location when I asked why the drink was so much They proceeded to say it’s because this is a licensed Starbucks location which I think is bullshit Because I’ve been to other locations that are licensed and they’ve never charge me that much for one drink not only that the staff are super rude there and have a attitude I definitely would not recommend going to this location unless you want to spend $20-$30 on a drink and some food… I recommend going to the Starbucks on Summer Street or Boylston and they also told me that they don’t take the QR code So basically you’re getting no stars for them overcharging you and And you’re getting a nasty watery drink Save yourself the time and go to a different Starbucks ?????????????????????????????

It's a downtown location. We did not have many days in town, but we drank a lot of coffee, and this coffee shop helped with that quest. Office area with an office environment, and the usual good quality.

As others state in the reviews, they force the tip screen on you while they stare at your selection. Note the tip selection ranges from 15% and up or "Other", before you can pay. The service is decent, but the forced tipping is very off-putting. There is another Starbucks nearby on Summer Street that has better service and does not force the tip screen.

Horrible service, coffee taste nasty , like water, no passion , no love into it. Customer service was so rude. First and last time going here even if it's the last Starbucks on earth. No thank you. Oh and qr code don't work because the system is old and can't keep up with the young generation. ?

Be prepared for the 15% min tip screen and the cashier staring over your selection . I personally am not a fan of guilt tipping.They also overcharge here for the same items compared to other Starbucks around.
