Very rude staff. I actually saw one of them denying to use the restroom to a pregnant woman. Horrible manners! Setup looks basic and dingy. Definitely one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

I went in for a return tonight, around 5:40 p.m. The two gentlemen who helped me were the nicest Starbucks employees I have ever met in the U.S. They went above and beyond to help me figure out the best way to process this return, the process took a little time because it's not something they do a lot, but they were very patient with me and tried different ways. I usually don't write reviews for Starbucks, but I want to let the management team know how lucky they are to have employees like this. Today was the 1st day of Hello Kitty collection release and I have heard two girls in front of me asking one of the gentlemen about them, he explained it was sold out right after they opened, with a smile. I'm sure he has answered that question many, many times today, but he was still being so friendly. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but my receipt said I left the store at 5:48 p.m., this should help management to know who was working during that time. They really deserve a raise for their outstanding service!

They didn't even let us to use the restroom without purchasing, which is definitely not acceptable and very rude. Never had that issue before. Yes, it's written in every restaurants coffee shops etc. no purchase no public restrooms but in daily life it's not like this. The employee, I forgot his name, should be politer.

They didn't let me to use the restroom without buying a coffee. I am quite disappointed as a long time customer. Never had this issue anywhere before. I know this is a written rule but in daily life it never works this way. This attitude is rude uncivilized and unacceptable. Very disappointing.

I was having a tough time and ordered a drink. The drink was made perfectly with the customizations. They also had wrote a nice encouraging note on my drink. When I went to pick it up, it was an instant pick me up. The workers here are heroes!

I came in 10 minutes before closing and was told that everything was already shut down and they weren’t making any more drinks. Very disappointed. What’s the point of being open until 9 if you stop serving before then?

Their iced, shaken oat milk espresso is amazing! I ordered one, had a few sips, rounded the corner and a little kid ran into me by total accident and spilled it all over me. After buying a new shirt, I came back to order another. Tua recognized me and took care of a replacement. Unreal (in a good way) customer service!
I’ll make it a point to visit this location moving forward over Dunkin nearby, any time I’m in Seaport for meetings (at least a couple of times per week). Greatly appreciate their generosity and empathy!
Good service and coffee part is fine but the seating area is in need of a major renovation

i came down here visiting from new york and needed a boost of energy, i walk in and it took 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me, music was too loud couldn’t even hear what i was saying, short staffed and very unprepared
