I don't often post reviews but this really annoyed me. I showed up at 7:22 and was sent away without coffee, despite the posted hours being until 7:30. I was told "the customers already inside will be our last customers today" I tried to explain I just wanted a simple drip coffee, but no dice.If this were some Mom & Pop coffee shop I wouldn't care so much, but this is Starbucks in the middle of bustling Boston, a 7:30 closing time should be 7:30, not 7:22.

I usually don't have a problem at this location. Everyone is typically super nice, but I felt I need to leave a review this time because the way the counter clerk talked to me was completely horrendous and rude. I think his name is Erick. I brought my own cup for my drink. And he told me to put it in a mug, which he handed over to me, because the workers weren't permitted to touch outside cups. I was fine with that. It wasn't until he told me to take the lid off and proceeded to tell me, "I don't know how we're supposed to fill your cup if we can't touch your cup" with an nasty attitude. You could've told me that from the get-go. Or a simple "can you take the lid off" would've sufficed. Maybe he was having a bad morning, but that was no way to speak to someone. It was an short but bitter experience. Enough to make me reconsider going to this location further.

Tried getting a coffee but the girl decides that it's time to close at 7:15 45 minutes before they are scheduled to close and it wasn't for a lack of customer they where being turned away every 5 seconds that's ridiculous people head to a place because they believe it to be open and because it's Friday night they decided that it will be closing early just so they can go party very ridiculous.

Its Starbucks, friendly and efficient. Sadly no seating available and with -14c outside quite a few people huddled around the condiment area and bins.
I order using the app and pick up very early. My order is always ready when I arrive and accurate. The staff is friendly too, which makes the early morning more pleasant.

So far the best Starbucks I know in Boston. Just order a Cafe Americano with Oat Milk. No sugar needed, its perfect. Have tried it in several Starbucks in Boston, but here it is the best. Although the employees are very friendly, and even in early mornings dancing and laughing to the music. Love it! :)

This is the closest Starbucks when we visit Boston. My husband orders on the app. On a regular basis, by the time he returns, all the foam has disappeared, and my venti latte is not even half full. I've mentioned this to him. Today he noticed how light the drink was and asked the barista to put more milk in. He was told okay. The barista proceeded to make more drinks, fill them with milk, and walk away and ignore my husband. I've had to ask for my drinks to be fixed when I order here as well (they make you wait a long time). This is a common problem, they don't steam enough milk so they fill the remainder of the cup with foam. I even order with no foam. If you order here, check your drinks, try ordering with no foam, and speak up. Hopefully they'll have better quality control if we all speak up. Starbucks management, please do better.
