This is the best run Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Food pick-up orders are ready and hot when you come in without fail. The store itself is clean, incredibly organized… truly can’t say enough good things. Thank you to the staff, you guys are amazing 🥰

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. During my visit, I felt unWelcome and poorly treated, IT sEemed to stem from some kind of BIAS.
I have made this Starbucks a daily trip & I never am disappointed. However, one encounter one day, as I order my regular coffee, I had difficulty with a Barista Claire. I had make it clear that there was not what I ordered in my coffee as I do order the same coffee everyday. As she remade the coffee per her offer, she was not using the correct ingredients for this order. As I took the 2nd incorrect drink to avoid further issues, she mumbled again what was called as missing as if the error was corrected which was not. I did not appreciate the rude, negative attitude for an error that was made twice.

I ordered a birthday cake pop, the person at the counter confirmed that I asked for a birthday cake pop, the package says “birthday cake pop”, I picked up my order after coming from the bathroom and only realized that I was given the wrong flavor after having taken a bite. I was the only one in line, so no one was rushed. The staff should be better trained so that they understand what the items on the menu look like. It’s disappointing, you’d expect better service for a place that sells a treat that costs nearly as much as a cheap meal some place else.

If you use mobile order, you have to ask staff for your drink versus it being there for you. Too many coffee thefts? No idea, but it's annoying.

Very bad service .. he is very bad he was with me he finished giving me enough and when I went to take the base to carry the coffee he shouted at me asking me before taking anything I will not go back to this branch again ?????????????
