This is a very high volume location, doing a lot of take out and dine-in orders. They are always efficient, respectful, and get the job done well, even during peak hours.

Tbh this SB doesn’t deserve any star, i had a really bad experience where i went with my family to have warm drinks but the lady working there she kept rushing us up and making rude faces and talking with a bad and disrespectful attitude to a client i just don’t get it.
I decided not to waste my money for such low service that has 0 customer service policy

Filling cups of coffee really isn’t that laborious of a task and they screw it up 85% of the time. Just go up the street to the one with the golden kettle outside of it near gov center.

Went in to an empty cafe. Ordered my drink. I waited calmly until I realized it had been 10 minutes and it started to fill with customers. Watched as everyone got there stuff as I still waited. A nice lady asked what I ordered. Finally saw someone make my order. It wouldn't even pour out of the blender. I had enough and walked out with nothing. Spent money for no drink and 15 minutes of wasted time. Keep it, I will never come back.

Very busy coffee shop in the mornings. They still kept up with demand and mobile orders were fulfilled quickly. Not many areas to sit an enjoy the beverage though. Highly recommend this Starbucks.

I stood In line with a friend and she was told to go to dunking donuts when my friend asked questions about options. Then I stood in line trying to order my food they ordered and the girl took the order of a man behind me. I have never been treated so rudely.

What an embarrassing starbucks to go into and waste $15 to not be able to sit comfortably to charge anything. Not available seating with chargers. You are basically sitting in line creating a disruption instead of being able to come here and do the work you need to do. Quiet embarrassing.

wish there were more of these in Boston. Dunkin seems to be the place of choice unfortunately. I like my half tea half lemonade and my guys always get their coffee.

Nightmare. Waited 25mins for one coffee and one lemonade, the AC was off, the whole place packed with people waiting. Upstairs mess and homeless guys hanging around. They are just lucky they are next to the market, otherwise they would be close by now.

I went to grab coffee this morning and it was pouring rain. My partner ordered her and my drink together. I asked for a tray because I couldn’t hold two coffees and an umbrella at the same time. The lady with brunette hair stated “I swear if someone asks me for another tray…” right in front of my face. If this is Starbucks standard of service then it greatly diverges from the gold standard that they market. I’ve been a loyal daily customer for 5 years. I guess I should take my money to Dunkin
