The staff are very rude. When I asked for a cup of water, they told me they couldn’t give me water without a purchase. I said, “I just placed an order 10 seconds ago.” When they finally gave me the water, they looked at me like they had seen a UFO—as if it was the first time anyone had ever asked for water in that store.
They took out all the seats, so it’s take out only. Bummed out about it!
I walked into this Starbucks hoping to have a place to sit to get some work done, and there's no seating. I turned around and walked right back out. Total waste of space, heading to Fuel America instead.

They are slow here.
And often short staffed. Don’t expect to be in and out.
They also prepare a drink but don’t put it in the pick up area so you’re left standing there like a dummy.
If there’s another Starbucks close to you go there especially if you’re in a hurry or need to be somewhere.

Rude staff and very racist like. I asked for more caramel for my coffee (ordered ahead and payed for more caramel). I get the snarky, awkward, silence type stare as if it was coming out of her pocket, she doesn’t add much and proceeds to walk away. I ask for more & get an attitudy awkward stare with a full pause. First and last time I order here. I pay almost $10 for my coffee and expect it to be done the way I want! The audacity of me!

The employee Cory made my friend and I’s day. Fabulous service and he gave my friend a pup cup to try a different flavor!

Hours are so inconsistent and barely ever open. Eliminated all seating during remodel.

This place is driving the neighborhood crazy. And now our lovely baristas are probably not getting enough hours because the hours that they are open shorten and shift all the time. It’s maddening. I just go to DD for take out these days because I can count on them to keep the same hours all the time. What the heck is going on over there??
PS I also Hate that they took out all the seats. It used to be a great place. Now I rarely stop by. I am not welcome.

Who the heck closes at 3:52 on a Friday afternoon? Just close the location.

Kid-friendliness: No bathroom, no seating, no!

Remodeled a little while back to eliminate seating and bathroom access. Basically a drive thru now with all the atmosphere of one. It's striking to see the contrast with local coffee shops that have an energy and community to them. Sad.

I’m giving one star because it’s not even a cafe anymore! I was looking forward for this locatuon to reopen for several months . I had an appointment in the neighborhood and I arrived 45 minutes early . I parked my car to go get a sandwich and a drink and sit there and possibly use the bathroom until my appointment time . NO SITTING AREA AND NO BATHROOM . I walked right out without getting anything. Huge disappointment!

A couple of the baristas are miserable. Especially the male who opens up in the morning. Always opens late and could care less about his customers.
