We ordered two espressos but received double shots instead. I explained it twice to the attendant, but she ignored me. Then we got the wrong order, and when we tried to explain again, she started shouting at us.

Yesterday went to the location in the morning, the employee misheard my order and gave me the wrong drink. She wouldn’t change it and rather than address my concerns, she turned around to proceed to ignore my partner and I. Starbucks service has really taken a downturn. For the expensive price of their drinks, this is not acceptable

Unfortunately, they are not open at 7am. Very unprofessional and unfriendly personnel. I am very upset that they are not able to open when they should.

This Starbucks location was SADLY one of the only ones still open during quarantine. I dreaded going. The entire staff is made up of high school students who have no idea what they’re doing. You could be one of only two customers and you’ll still wait 20+ minutes for your drink. They’re either on their phone and showing each other texts, wearing their masks AROUND THEIR CHIN like what’s the point, and taking as slow as possible. I recently ordered my drink with coconut milk because I’m lactose and because the kid was SO distracted by his other coworkers just standing around chatting, I watched him make a venti size drink with whole milk. Luckily I watched it all happen, asked him if he used coconut milk in which he paused and had to think about it which I knew he didn’t, and was hesitant to make a new one which I would have gotten sick off. Additionally, my new order then got for whatever reason pushed to the end of the line and I had to wait all over again for a drink I should have walked out with already. Do NOT go to this location until they either properly train their child staff, hire an actual shift supervisor, or get all new adult baristas. Ridiculous.
