Never again. I have had bad drinks made here before but this time they used milk instead of oat milk and I didn't realize it until I was doubled over in pain later. I will never go back.

We ordered two espressos but received double shots instead. I explained it twice to the attendant, but she ignored me. Then we got the wrong order, and when we tried to explain again, she started shouting at us.

Yesterday went to the location in the morning, the employee misheard my order and gave me the wrong drink. She wouldn’t change it and rather than address my concerns, she turned around to proceed to ignore my partner and I. Starbucks service has really taken a downturn. For the expensive price of their drinks, this is not acceptable
