Today I placed an order on the mobile app. It does not take almost 13 mins to make a iced macchiato. I ask the barista how long I need to wait and she was so clueless. Manager is very concending as well. She grab her manager and his replied oh we back up my friend and just walk away. I'll not be returning to this Starbucks after what I experience. I was also a regular customer. I end up walking up the to the extreme wait time. Practice on your customer service. No type of apologies ridiculous.

I ordered some coffee and extra vanilla cold foam, I got charged double and I just got a curios about because I always order online on the Starbucks app and I have never get charge over price like $2.50 for extra cold foam so I asked them about how was the price come up?. but which it totally fine if they were be polite explaining for the customer. But they said to me like '' look, this is regular cold foam and this is extra cold foam, if you want extra you have to pay extra money '' what?

Everyone that works here has been incredibly wonderful and kind to me whenever I come by for a usually much needed caffeine rush. If corporate is reading, everyone deserves a raise. Adding the cute little strawberry I got for my strawberry drink.

Visited the Starbucks on Commonwealth Avenue and had such a great experience! Jayren’s hospitality was absolutely amazing , she makes you feel welcome. She’s also incredibly skilled at making Frappuccinos. I’m usually not a fan of matcha, but the strawberry matcha was surprisingly amazing ! The jalapeño chicken pocket was also fantastic. Big thanks to Jayrens for making the visit so enjoyable! Please say big thanks to her from my side.

Friendly service, good food, and good atmosphere. This is about the peak version of Starbucks. Unfortunately, its still a bit pricey, but, in fairness, you'd expect that walking into a Starbucks.
