Nice customer service, and they are friendly
DON’T COME HERE I ordered 2 times here and those 2 times the drinks were not made properly and they tasted nasty. Also the baristas are rude and their service is terrible they should all get retrained ASAP.
Do yourself a favor and drive the 5 mins to dedham Starbucks, where baristas acknowledge you & you won’t leave infuriated! This west rox location has been so beyond terrible for years every.single.time. I don’t even consider this a real Starbucks anymore. Anytime I cave and go to this one I deeply regret and I’m absolutely boycotting this location and suggest you do to if you want anything close to what you expect from Starbucks.. there’s plenty of other stores within miles that also have better parking
Great location. Friendly staff
I would like to give Shandira 5 stars she always offering me great customer service when I go to purchase food or drinks at Starbucks. I was just in there today, and she helped me with my order. Every time I walk in there.I stand at the register just to watch a very stubborn barista walk back and forth past me several times without saying anything to me. That is so rude! I guess my business doesn't matter.

Service seriously needs to be improved. I only order coffee when I really need it because I am pregnant, and today so happened to be that day since I was scheduled to work in NH at 7am. Not only did the staff leave my $5.75 cup of 12 oz coffee about a quarter empty, but when I pointed it out and asked if they could fill it up with a bit more espresso, if not then oat milk, just anything so I could get my money’s worth of this tiny cup of coffee, they whispered after I made this request and made me feel even more uncomfortable. No apology, nothing. The staff seemed to be more concerned with their personal conversation than if my food/coffee was served properly.

Horrible experience. I thought I would treat myself to a hot drink and a muffin. The wait staff were all busy filling online orders and it took a bit to be acknowledged. I ordered my stuff and sat down. Wait staff remained focused on online orders. Folks walked in off the street and picked up said orders as I waited. No one was making my drink. I went and asked about it and was told that they were busy working on the online orders in order. This seemed wrong to me, so I asked for my money back. The young woman who did the refund was rude when I said that’s not how Starbucks works referring to online orders being the main focus, she said it’s how it works now. She also remarked that I could find another place to go. She behaved in a manner that was sarcastic, rude and uncaring. She sarcastically said have a nice day. I admit that I did flip her the bird as I walked out. It’s disappointing that that’s how this Starbucks works.

Complete disrespect for customers! I placed my order and waited 20 minutes while the staff prioritized online orders. Can’t they show a little respect and fulfill my order so I don’t have to wait so long???
They also never stir the coffee so sugar stays on the bottom.

Yesterday morning, I made a visit to Starbucks around 11 a.m. Unfortunately, during my brief stay of about 15 minutes, I managed to leave my bag behind. Upon realizing my mistake, I returned to the store twice with my son to inquire about it. Despite my persistence, the staff at the counter repeatedly informed me that nothing matching my description had been turned in to the lost and found.Frustrated but determined, I requested to speak with the manager. To my surprise, one of the young employees claimed to be the manager. Despite my insistence, she maintained that my bag was not in their possession. Feeling a sense of disbelief and frustration, I couldn't understand how they could be so sure without thoroughly checking. Finally, after persisting, the so-called manager reluctantly agreed to check in the back once more. Lo and behold, my bag was miraculously discovered. However, instead of offering any semblance of apology or understanding, she handed it over with a dismissive attitude, accompanied by a sarcastic remark questioning if it was indeed mine. This experience left me feeling helpless and disappointed. Starbucks, a company renowned for its commitment to customer service, should not tolerate such apathy and indifference from its employees, especially those in managerial positions. It's disheartening to encounter individuals who lack any semblance of passion or dedication to their work, and it raises serious questions about the hiring and training practices within the organization.

IT'S HARD TO JUST WALK IN FOR A CUP OF COFFIE WITHOUT THE PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU ORDERING A MOCAFRAPCINO, WITH CARMEL GLAZE, SKIM MILK AND A TOUCH OF CHI CINNAMON EXTRACT AND WHIP CREAM , OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. UGH.
Starbucks in West Roxbury Mass . Customer service is terrible. I am in line waiting like everyone else ready to order and the team members skip over me because am Black to service and help other Caucasian customers instead. This is unacceptable due to culturally building in our community. Why Starbucks continues to be racist in today’s society. I walked out these people think we are invisible and continue to treat us as such.
