If I buy a 8 dollar coffee and it’s 3/4 of the way full before I take a sip I’m dumping it out on the counter. Full the thing up it’s the only task they pay you for.

The service is perfect, not too prying, not too nonchalant. The food is consistently good and so are the overpriced drinks. Price is starbucks priced.😼👍

Hands down the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks location. Shoutout to Seema and her crew for their impeccable customer service!

Rude people. Ordered my usual drink. When I received it, it was extremely clumpy.. I know it was not properly mixed. When I brought it up to the lady, her name was Stephanie, she gave major attitude. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath and was whispering to her coworkers about me. She then basically threw the drink with no apology or no words. Terrible customer service.

This place is great on weekdays When Emma and that team is there they’re so kind and nice always make the best drinks❤️ its not the same vibe Saturday mornings😭

They were kind. I do not go to Starbucks on a regular basis at all. But my friends wanted me to try Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Latte. The fall season's famous flavor. Well, the staff was attentive and gave me my car keys, which I almost forgot and did not even notice that I left them behind! 🙃

The service was bad because the lady who served me, she is brunette with orange hair and wears big black glasses, treated me badly because I asked for a pick-up order and also ordered a drink. She treated me with attitude. I understand that life is not easy but problems outside, the service has to give a smile to the customer no matter what. The man was much nicer than her.

The drinks were great! However, when me and my friend ordered the drinks this lady gave me a nasty attitude.When she asked for a name, I asked my friend “yours or mine?” The lady snapped “I just need a name” and eye rolled as well. She didn’t smile, she didn’t say you’re welcome, she didn’t say thank you, she didn’t say anything. She just eye rolled and gave us nasty looks.

DON’T COME HERE I ordered 2 times here and those 2 times the drinks were not made properly and they tasted nasty.Also the baristas are rude and their service is terrible they should all get retrained ASAP.

Do yourself a favor and drive the 5 mins to dedham Starbucks, where baristas acknowledge you & you won’t leave infuriated! This west rox location has been so beyond terrible for years every.single.time. I don’t even consider this a real Starbucks anymore. Anytime I cave and go to this one I deeply regret and I’m absolutely boycotting this location and suggest you do to if you want anything close to what you expect from Starbucks.. there’s plenty of other stores within miles that also have better parking
