Daughter placed order to be made with soy milk. However the barista made it with a dairy milk with red writing half half container When my daughter gently pointed it out bc she cannot have dairy the barista snapped at her and said she did not use a dairy milk but used soy and then proceeded to ignore her. tje barista made it as we watched so unless she put soy in the container with red half and half letters then that was an incorrect statement. It then happened to someone else so now we think they may not have any soy or oat milk and didn’t bother to tell anyone. Quite unfortunate, rude, disheartening and a waste of daughter’s $9.
Always make your drink wrong and take twice as long to do it.

Placed a mobile order. It didn't show up for 20 minutes. Asked about it, told to wait. Another 10 minutes go by, nothing. Told to wait again. It's been 50 minutes and they still haven't made my order. If they can't handle mobile orders, then they should turn them off. Or get more help. It's a regular Friday. They should be adequately staffed to give decent customer service.

Wait atleast 35 mins and still didn’t get the food I ordered. Had to leave to catch flight.
This location had shown great improvement. Staff are better, items tend to be in stock.

If the length of the line was representative of the wait, it would have been ok. However, they take your money and accept more orders per minute than they can handle, so many people have to leave their order to make their flight, including me. I literally didn't get what I paid for.

Horrible, the guy making the hot food today 5/1/23 at around 7am was horrible, I saw him make 5 things in 30 min, he kept taking coffee breaks, every 2-3 min, they were so busy and had no regard for anyone’s time, I waited 37 min for a coffee and egg bites

Absolutely terrible service. Would absolutely suggest never coming to this Starbucks prior to your flight. Management needs some serious help with this establishment and it’s ability to time manage and take orders. Seriously hope management can help this place bc it’s the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. It was already the worst Starbucks I've ever been to...then they recently disabled ordering ahead via the Starbucks app. It is not uncommon for it to take over 20 minutes just to get through the line.

I work at terminal A and I’m a big fan of Starbucks. But this place is a joke. They often are multiple amounts of employees. And it’s like a big party all the time. They are doing everything except provide customer service. They will give you a smaller side than what you order. Let an ice drink sit there for ever. Having the ice melting into the drink while they all talk. It’s insane and someone should really deal with the night crew at this place. I often try to get to work earlier to walk over to terminal B to get my Starbucks. They give amazing service. Compare to terminal A.
They overstaff but don’t even take care of customer just chatting and make food for themself and eat in front. The drinks are also less than it suppose to be and the quality is bad.
