Very clean starbucks. Lots of ladies behind the counter. They all hustle to get orders out and everything runs smooth. I ordered ahead and was able to get my order before my plane boarded

My husband is allergic to diary. He ordered a non-dairy drink off the menu, took a couple sips, and then had an immediate allergic reaction. After giving him some medicine, we went to the counter and told the staff that the drink had dairy in it, despite the fact that we had ordered it non-dairy, and they said “oh that was supposed to be non-dairy?”…. We are not sure if this was just a lack of concern or a lack of understanding due to language barrier. Regardless, this is extremely dangerous. Very disappointed in the response by the staff. When taking someone’s order, especially when it comes to a food allergy, please be more diligent, this could have killed or seriously injured someone with a more severe allergy!

This was so scary to watch. I’m sorry I hate to be this person… but this staff !!! It took all 6 of them to stop what they were doing to figure out how to process rewards. Furthermore, the woman working the register had no idea how to change the receipt paper and made it all the other coworkers issue to resolve. This should just not be a thing. As some who has managed several Starbucks corps… if you’re staff is trained properly, these should be never be an issue. 10 minutes passed and only two people served. Please do better, it’s an airport people have places to be.

We buy 2 items on 8 Jun 2024 at 1h45m37s store 29072. We gave cashier 21 usd and get back only small amount. Cashier rob 10usd from us and insist i give him only 11usd. We are asian tourist so dont have enough English to argue.

I ordered a hot green tea, left a nice tip, and watched as 5 people got their order before me. I then kindly said “excuse me, I haven’t received my order.” The woman asked what I ordered, I told her and then she went on giving 3 other people their orders. A male cashier eventually came and gave me my order only for it not to even be green tea. As the only black man in sight I felt like the service I paid for was blatantly disregarded. I eventually just left instead of waiting for a new order since I waited for almost 45min.

The service here is SO SLOW and more importantly the time predictions are inaccurate. We ordered via the app and it said it would be ready in about 10 mins which would be at 5:12 am. It was not ready until 5:43! That’s insane and unacceptable for an airport location where people have flights to catch—we just barely made ours and other people had been waiting for an hour.

The order taker could not even come close to understanding what I typically order. The second barista made a good attempt to recover my order but i ended up throwing 2 cups of coffee away. In America we speak English. 15 bucks wasted.

This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.
