This Starbucks, located inside the Westin Seaport Hotel, is known for its high prices and long lines, but the staff is friendly and efficient. While there are consistent issues with order accuracy, especially with customized drinks, the staff is commended for their accuracy and pleasant demeanor when serving customers, even during busy mornings. The pre-prepared sandwiches and pastries may leave much to be desired in terms of flavor and portion size, but the location is well-appointed compared to many other licensed Starbucks stores. The staff, including Brianna and Rebecca, go above and beyond to make customers, even young ones like Parker, feel special during their stay.
