Update: I tried this location again. I placed a mobile order of 2 drinks and a muffin. The entire order took them more than 30 minutes to fill. The drinks sat there getting cold because they couldn't hand me a muffin. I asked, and they told me I had to wait because the entire order wasn't ready.
This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. They simply aren't motivated to get drinks made. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but others in our conference had a similar experience.
I don’t understand the bad reviews for this location. I was in town for 7 days during a software conference and had zero issues getting quality coffees and ice tea at this location. Admittedly, every order was through the app but none of the wait times via the app exceeded 7 minutes and my item was always ready at the end of the counter when I arrived. This was morning, noon, and mid afternoon. I ordered twice a day and the results were always fast and the quality was as I’ve been accustomed at any other Starbucks.
I’d recommend anyone ordering here do it through the app.

Good! I could see how this would get really backed up though when it's busy, especially during a big conference. They could use more staff. It's definitely tucked away back behind the escalator. The coffee also was more pricy than a typical starbucks.

$8.72 for a 12 oz flat white, don't you think it's a bit overpriced?
Took them 30 mins to make a breakfast sandwich

Brianna and Rebecca are simply incredible!
We only stayed 3 days but they went above
And beyond every time and really made my 5 year old (Parker) feel special.
Brianna even was kind enough to give him a boston plush lobsta 🦞when he came to say goodbye on his last day. It was only a couple of days, but they grew a special bond and it was one of the highlights of our trip.
These are the little moments we need to stop and appreciate in life. Brianna Rebecca and the entire staff, you are the BEST and Parker
Hopes to be back some day!
Terribly slow. Took 45 minutes to get my coffee the first day and 30 minutes the second day. Only prioritize online orders.
Very inefficient, slow service. Not friendly
Friendly service, easy to order ahead
Starbucks is Starbucks. If one messes up an order, another should take care of its clientele.

This location has completely turned me off from Starbucks. After waiting in line for 20 min, they opened mobile ordering. I stayed in line for another 5 min and placed my order at 7:26am. By 7:58am, I left after receiving only 2 of my 5 drinks. I waited over a half hr while mobile order after mobile order was fulfilled, with no cafe orders being completed. The place was complete chaos. A mobile order placed at 7:40am should not be completed before a cafe order placed at 7:26am. I also paid $10 for my macchiato. The manager handling the orders just peaced out in the last 5min of my wait. Avoid this place if you want to maintain your sanity.
Terrible service.

So rude the guy taking cashier at 8:50 on 11/03 and talking in his own language to his coworkers when it was him neglecting my order No apology What a negative energy on Westin stay experience
Great Starbucks considering it is the only one around the seaport convention center. The prices are outrageous but everything here is expensive.

The customers were a mix of tourists on the Freedom Trail as well as business people headed to meeting. All we wanted was a good fancy cup of coffee and we found that here with no problems.
