The baristas are nice but they’re clearly understaffed and overworked. The past two times I’ve gone to get coffee their espresso machine was down and there was a long line.

I empathized with the workers, I’ve been a barista and there’s never enough hands when you need them. Better off going to the SB on comm Ave or Harvard, both about 10 minutes away.

The drink was great but they misheard what I asked for even though my eyes were glued to the board behind the NEW drinks!! They did offer to remake it but I said if it tastes good then there is no need!

I work as at a hospital about 2 minute walking distance so I go occasionally and so do my coworkers. Today I went to buy a sandwich and the receipt says Sarah was my cashier. Sarah was rude, looked miserable working. Asked for my receipt and with an attitude pointed to where it was printed for me to grab it. Even her coworker was like “you’re not having it today huh.” She looked reluctant and like it was such a chore taking my order. Overall bad customer service. If she is that miserable and won’t treat customers nicely she shouldn’t be there.

I always like to share names of the people who have helped me but every single person that works here is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, quick with any beverage you order, and serving up smiles to everyone. This has been my go to spot since being in the area and will continue to be with the amazing baristas at this location. Also it's in a star market so if you're not up for one of the good options offered there are plenty more to be had. Thank you to all the employees of this location for making the daily dose of caffeine that much better!!!!

There is no legitimate reason to buy coffee here, other than to meet once more the cute barista who took ten minutes to make one drink with no one in line. A drink of this kind and caliber could easily be purchased for a couple bucks cheaper at Dunkin, because honestly, the atmosphere is quite the same. This is more of a Starbucks kiosk than a full-blown store and another sad testament to Howard Schultz's need to put his product anywhere and everywhere. There is a great place across the street -- it IS hard to cross the tracks -- that offers better quality coffee and tea at the same price with a fantastic atmosphere.

Very bad service, they serve you reluctantly and do not take the correct order and when you explain to them what you asked for so they can fix it, they do so reluctantly. And that is always the case when I go shopping and when there is the girl with red hair with braids.

Every day I went to buy coffee, I told the waiter about three bags of sugar HF milk, which is the same every time I bought it.

I just ordered a venti cappuccino, and this was exactly how much I got. (I would call this a tall one at other Starbucks stores.)
