I ordered my coffee, the barista was polite and friendly. I sat down to drink it and watched the two baristas speak respectfully to each other about improving the cafe, resolving scheduling snags, all the while serving customers kindly and efficiently. I don't really like Starbucks coffee...but whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I'll be back.

I am generally easy going and really don’t like to leave reviews like this- baristas take a lot of abuse on the chin and deal with irritated and obnoxious customers all day long - I’ve been there and believe that they’re often doing their best and deserve better treatment across the board - from both Starbucks as an organization and the general public they wait on; unfortunately today’s visit was a truly terrible experience.I walked in maybe 3 minutes after ordering, it’s mid morning and they’re busy so I expect to wait 5-10 mins, surprisingly there weren’t many people in the store - kale and mushroom egg bites were already sitting on the counter (okay wow +1, that was very quick!) - 15 minutes later I’m still waiting on two drip coffees. They finally show up and I walk back to my office. I just opened up my egg bites and am greeted by two dark brown shriveled hockey pucks that were lost in the back of the oven last month and were just discovered this morning - unfortunately not worth walking back 10 minutes to wait in line and request a replacement but hopefully this review is seen by management and used to train staff on what’s acceptable to serve.I can handle food being well-done / “crispy” but these are inedible and completely unrecognizable from the product I ordered - if they were donuts or pastries I could have at least reconstituted them by dunking them in my coffee - to quote a well known Scottish chef, “What A SHAME!”

First time stopping here and customer service was great! I bought a mug here that the gentleman had sanitized for me for a drink to be put in immediately and the store was clean and spacious. Plenty of seating and good location when walking downtown.

Always got my order wrong, though in different ways. Staff are very friendly, just cannot get the orders right. So sad.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks you can ever visit. Literally have to wait 30+ minutes for one single drink. Nothing crazy, literally a refresher. When you ask about your drink, your met with a "sorry we're understaffed" response or a "are you serious" response. So chaotic in there and you have baristas prioritizing restock of cups even when they're already towering over instead of making drinks. My empty cup sat there for 30+ minutes while they walked and completed orders that had just walked in. I had ordered AHEAD at that. So unprofessional and to say the least full of excuses. Understaffed but have workers walking around and hanging out in the back; please prioritize your customer experience instead of creating this terrible excuse of a Starbucks.

I have waited over 30 mins past when my mobile order was due. When I went up to ask about my order nicely they told I have to wait. I never been to a Starbucks so rude.
