Also yhe manager Carlos one of the best managers! This is just an all around great team and I felt that I had to show my support!!

Waited 15 minutes for a latte, because all 3 guys behind the counter were chatting & hanging out in the back room.
It was not even busy. Just 4- 5 people casually waiting 15-20 minutes for a cup of coffee because the baristas here hate their job.
So my girlfriend and I went in to get a beverage I got a tea and she got a cappuccino. They gave us to go cups when we sat down as everybody else had when I went to leave to get a refill they told me that I couldn’t get a refill because I would have to have the ceramic cup that they provide and I couldn’t take it with me so I said well then how’s that good to go cup?And they looked at me very confused and said that’s the new policy. I tried to explain several times that obviously didn’t make any sense and they just looked at me This makes no sense!

Kid-friendliness: Major shout out to Mike the manager! It was my 9 year old niece’s first time at Starbucks and he made the experience AWESOME! She loved the food, drinks, and baked goods. We’ll be back for sure!

New owner in this Starbucks branch as he is very welcoming, nice and accommodating. I always order the same thing, so you can call me a regular. Walking in now he just knows my order and makes it. If not when I mobile order it's ready well before the time expected. The other staff as well, so nice and always smiling. The people here are always willing to give Pup cups to those with fur babies so make sure to bring them in for a treat. All in all, my place to come in and get coffee.
The ice lattes were great, it was incredibly packed, had to wait 15 minutes, felt like chaos.

Chain format has just gotten old and tired. Nowadays I always get a better experience and value from non-chain cafes. Starbucks has sadly joined McDonalds as boring tasteless plastic
