I order the Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte which had absolutely no LAVENDER in it! Was more of a green tea matcha & the person up front was very unpleasant heavyset sweaty and annoyed with life ! Which made me uncomfortable to even ask him to fix the order ! When paying the BUCKS @ Starbucks I should at-least receive what I want

I ordered a Tall green tea and asked them to put in Venti cup, then I asked them to fill the cup full with hot water(cause I didn’t want 2 tea bags) and the Barista was judging me???!!! She said I will have to order Venti next time. I have been a loyal and regular customer for Starbucks for more than ten years, I am really disappointed. Many other coffee shops(George Howell, Tatte, etc.) have free water and milk out for people to serve themselves anytime, and their baristas are much nicer. I thought only Airport’s Starbucks has terrible service. I really can’t believe her attitude is Starbucks’ service today, I guess Starbucks will be my last choice in the future.

Bathroom situation is terrible. One bathroom for public and the other for staff??? Not good Starbucks

The staff needs to either be trained or be retrained. I'm a Starbucks partner of 5+ years and this is easily the worst run setup I've ever seen. There were 3 people on bar, but it took 30 minutes to make my drink with about a dozen people ahead of me. Despite there being multiple bar partners, they collectively put out maybe one drink every two minutes. There were intervals of even four or five minutes where they didn't complete a single drink. There was no drink sequencing happening whatsoever, and they pulled most customers aside to ask if they wanted a different milk since they were out of 2%. Given that most drinks at Sbux are made with 2% as a standard, we actually have a standard for this case where you can mix whole and nonfat milk to create 2% and not waste time asking every single customer for their alternative milk choice. The partners on bar also seemed confused on many of the drink builds, as they all paused multiple times to explain drink standards to each other. I feel bad for the employees who have to operate in this environment. They're being set up for failure.

Took them 20 minutes to make my drink. Gave me the wrong drink after all that waiting and after I pointed out it wasn’t the right one they made me wait another 20 minutes just so they can say they forgot about my drink. It wasn’t even busy the time I went. This place is horrible!

immaculate vibes, really chill atmosphere, and the staff are always helpful with secret menu orders and trying to help you find a drink that you like. never had a bad experience here, and the staff are always extremely accommodating with substitutions and making sure your drink is how you want it.

This location is not a good representation of Starbucks quality service or atmosphere. Service was slow and ambivalent. A lot of refrigerated snack stock (including bottled water) was completely out. The entire afternoon team seemed to be working in slow motion. Would recommend avoiding this location if you have another option.

While most of the staff here is friendly, I do find it takes extremely long to get a drink here compared to other Starbucks, and, sadly, this location is probably the dirtiest and messiest location I have ever been to: there is consistently garbage on the floor, on the tables, and the napkin area is a mess everyday. I just moved here and wanted to give the store a few chances , but it is by far the most unkempt store I’ve been too in any state. That said, the food and drinks are always perfectly made to order.
