I’m disappointed. It was my first time trying this location, but my sandwich looked nothing like how it is advertised. I paid over $7 for a sandwich at this place, when I could have gotten better for less at a different store. There were just 2 pieces of spinach, and barely any pesto on the bread.

Robbie, the manager here, is a star. The baristas a professional, friendly and engaged. I couldn't believe how busy it was in the morning, and yet they all provided excellent, warm service. My order appeared promptly as specified.
While in line waiting, I noticed one customer said the order wasn't correct. Robbie swiftly addressed the customer directly and made it right. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was. I hope everyone appreciates how much the manager and everyone working for him cares about your experience in terms of product and customer service. Excellent across the board. Wonderful people!!!!

Get your orders right. You’re next to a hospital and people rely on receiving their food. It’s really not difficult considering you have 2 cashiers, 3 associates and a personally physically making sure if orders are right. You shouldn’t miss any food like my order. Avoid or demand they get your order right

I’m convinced that the employees here aren’t getting properly trained or they are making horrible drinks on purpose so people would stop coming in. This place doesn’t know how to properly make matcha drinks, lately EVERYTIME I ordered a Matcha drink it is never right and always bitter. You’re better off going to the ones in Beth Israel or MassArt but I’m sure that’s what this location wants

I bought matcha ice lattee in This location many times. Before that they made pretty good drink. I think they got a new barista but she did a horrible job in makeing the ice matcha latte. The last time I bought it it's super bitter and the matcha not evem blended well enough. I couldn't even drink 1/2 of it and ends up I had to throw it away cuz it's so bitter. I just bought this this morning and the power isnt blended well again and the ice took half of the cup lol (still the same barista). She had blond hair with plaits and wearing a cap. This is very disappointed

The staff was incredibly rude. Although I ordered a tall size, he repeatedly said "there's no tall size we only have a small size" showing me a cup written literally "tall". Doesn't make sense what he was aggressively arguing for.

Overpriced kiosk of takeout coffee.. old school starbucks is dead.. not a chair in the whole place. Had to wait for 10 min just for my hot coffee.. just hot coffee..

Whoever was working morning of 1/10 at about 9:30am was so incredibly rude. I asked for light ice on my espresso drink and the lady that made it filled the cup with ice all the way to the top. so I politely asked after the drink was made if she could make it with light ice like I requested at the register. Both ladies working the drink station got so mad and gave me so much attitude and handed me my remade drink in the rudest way. I stood there in shock
