The staff was incredibly rude. Although I ordered a tall size, he repeatedly said "there's no tall size we only have a small size" showing me a cup written literally "tall". Doesn't make sense what he was aggressively arguing for.

Overpriced kiosk of takeout coffee.. old school starbucks is dead.. not a chair in the whole place. Had to wait for 10 min just for my hot coffee.. just hot coffee..

Whoever was working morning of 1/10 at about 9:30am was so incredibly rude. I asked for light ice on my espresso drink and the lady that made it filled the cup with ice all the way to the top. so I politely asked after the drink was made if she could make it with light ice like I requested at the register. Both ladies working the drink station got so mad and gave me so much attitude and handed me my remade drink in the rudest way. I stood there in shock

I ordered 2 brownies to be warmed and I ordered a drink of ginger bread coffee with whipped cream on it through uber eats and the employee's threw my coffee in the bag and they didnt put whipped cream on it and my brownies weren't warm at all it was cold and my drink spilled every where and it's open and then the uber eats delivery guy left my ordered out side on the streets and didn't evening call me or nothing and didn't bring me my order upstairs to me I will never ever ordered starbucks through uber eats website any more and i aint ordering from the starbucks location anymore ill ordered through door dash for now on

It was closed when I got there, sign on the door says they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. They should update their website.
I did a mobile order and it wasn’t done by time I arrived. I had to wait 40 minutes for my drink to be done. Probably new hires so slower than usual.

It is completely unacceptable what happened to us. My wife and I went to this starbucks at 5:50 am supposedly it would open at 6:00 am according to Google and according to the signs at 5:30am my wife was standing in front of the door for about 20 minutes a guy knocked the glass door, someone opened and explained that they won’t open. My wife kept on waiting because the guy was about to leave and they did hand signed him. They opened the door for him and seeing us there in front of the door and still ignored us. My wife knocked the glass door and completely ignored her. Very unacceptable, incorrect signs and incorrect hours and making a waste of time for the customers waiting.
Door sign hours for opening 5:30 AM. Online hours 6 am. Made a detour on my way to school, and waited for 6 am. Business did not open. 6:15 am and doors were still closed with a few people waiting outside. One of the employees inside the store opened the door to speak with one person, not letting anyone else who was waiting inside. 10 mnts later that person got his order. I should have ordered online as well. Traffic was already starting since is a busy area. I wasted my time to get breakfast, shouldn’t have waited for the doors to open.

I’ve been coming here for years and I don’t understand how this location vs the two locations a block away are so different. This location always mess up my orders or they’re done poorly. Not sure why management can’t figure out their workflow and staff here vs the other locations

absolute no desire to get orders out. with a line practically going out the doors with students. i waited 30 minutes for a venti refresher that wasn’t even started until i waited the 30 minutes. absolutely
