The prudential in Starbucks has the best staff ever. Maddy , Pedro , sia , jasmine , Tilly , Evandro are the best. Pedro is the best manager ever. They are welcoming and very loving. That’s the reason I keep going back. Food is amazing and service is awesome

It was pretty good overall! I ordered ahead on the app, and when I got there my items were ready. The line wasn’t that long, and I’d guess there would be around a 5 minute wait from when I was there. The cookie was pretty good.

Starbucks never disappoints! I love stopping by for my morning coffee or an afternoon pick-me-up. The staff is always welcoming, and they work fast even when the place is busy. My drinks are consistently made well, and I appreciate how they remember regular customers’ names and favorite orders it adds a personal touch.

I always enjoy my visits to Starbucks. The coffee is consistently good, especially the seasonal drinks they’re always fun to try! My go-to is the Caramel Macchiato and it's always made just right. The staff is friendly, fast, and they get my order correct every time.
This review is for the staff only. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I will drop by to get a coffee on my way to the office. Every time I have been here, the counter staff always makes my day. Working with the public is not an easy job. Especially in the morning. This particular Starbucks is exceptional.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a Venti Pink Drink with no ice — expecting a full cup as you would anywhere else. Instead, they filled barely half the cup, and the rest was just empty space. It’s beyond ridiculous to pay for a full drink and get less than half of what I ordered. On top of that, the staff had a terrible attitude — no apology, no explanation, nothing. They acted like they couldn’t care less. If you can’t handle a simple order properly, and can’t even be polite about it, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This Starbucks location serves some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Some of their coffee like Coffee Misto and Nitro Cold Brew are barely distinguishable from regular drip coffee with milk. For the price they charge, you get bland, watery, and overpriced drink without any foam. Definitely not worth the money.

They ran out of milk but did not tell me for a whopping 25 minutes and had me waiting. I asked about my drink for 2 times and the staff decided to ignore me. One of the staff almost threw a tantrum when she heard me moaning about not getting my drink. The staff was constantly chatting amongst themselves instead of making the orders even though there were tons of orders to be completed.
