Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed a few orders at once, and the café was NOT busy—so there is zero excuse for what followed. I normally don’t complain, but since I was ordering for multiple people, I made it very clear that the staff needed to read the modifications carefully.
After waiting 20 minutes for four drinks and two sandwiches, one of the drinks was made wrong. I didn’t notice until after I had already taken sips. When I calmly told the barista, I was met with a, “what’s your problem?” attitude instead of an apology. Then I had to wait another 8 minutes for a very basic remake.
But here’s the worst part—and it’s honestly disgusting.
As I’m loading everything onto a tray, the barista HANDS THE DRINK I HAD ALREADY DRUNK FROM TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER FOR FREE. Yes. A drink I literally put my mouth on. I had to tell the customer that I had already drank out of it, and she immediately handed it back. The barista’s excuse? That she “didn’t know” I drank from it—despite the fact that she WATCHED ME DRINK IT earlier.
This is a massive health and hygiene issue. I will now question every single drink I ever order from this Starbucks, because apparently there’s a chance it’s already been in someone else’s mouth. Completely careless, unprofessional, and unsafe.

There was a mistake by the associate who placed an order. Used extra 100 stars redeemed, didn't let me know, and charged the amounts. It couldn't be undone, which was a double discouragement. The associate expressed an apology. Good location. Good atmosphere. However, I may not comeback here.

I been coming here for 2 weeks to go to AA Meeting and every time I come here Lana has a smile on here face and a warm and inviting personality it’s why I come here before my meeting thank you Lana

Waited well over an hour for a 1 drink and 1 food item. They were out of the food I ordered and offered me item that was at a lesser value then the food I ordered. So I decided to for just a refund. Then had to wait on getting a refund. Absolutely not the Starbucks experience and standard the company is known for for.

Excellent location for us to enjoy the street scenery. I quickly got my coffee, and the staff in this store was very friendly.
No line at all, but was ignored by staff for 5 minutes. They clearly saw us, said "we'll be with you in a minute", never were.
Eventually just walked out.

Place your mobile order to pick up or risk being late to work.
The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Their behavior reflects poorly on the reputation of this branch. Instead of providing assistance, they seemed more focused on debating among themselves about who would handle my request. This approach was disappointing and far from what I would expect.
