Excellent location for us to enjoy the street scenery. I quickly got my coffee, and the staff in this store was very friendly.

No line at all, but was ignored by staff for 5 minutes. They clearly saw us, said "we'll be with you in a minute", never were.
Eventually just walked out.

The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Their behavior reflects poorly on the reputation of this branch. Instead of providing assistance, they seemed more focused on debating among themselves about who would handle my request. This approach was disappointing and far from what I would expect.

I got a cortado coffee, and it tasted horrible. The coffee beans were burnt, so it ruined the overall taste. Very disappointing.

This is a Starbucks location that makes people disdain Starbucks. Waited for over 30 minutes for a latte and a croissant.

The barista is whispering names. A location with this traffic should have better management. I ended up having to request a refund and miss breakfast.

Avoid this location, or really all of them and support a local coffee shop instead

This place is great! The barista are so nice to customers. Melody is so sweet she has a beautiful smile and personality, and even better she always remembers my order and makes me feel welcome! Thank you for remembering me Melody!

It's Starbucks so no real atmosphere and the benches were dirty both times I went in. No cleanup staff to be seen. Although why it can take 20 minutes to get a coffee at 10am, I'm not sure. Mobile orders and people taking the wrong drinks is just chaos.
