Terrible service. I arrived at 6:30 pm to have coffee with my family and the three ladies who were there had a very bad attitude. They are rude andCafes prepare them very poorly.

I waited in line for like 10 minutes at 5:00pm, my partner ordered themselves a drink and a sandwich. The woman working made it and then started complaining to her coworker about how she didn't want to make food anymore and then shut off the oven. I asked if they weren't making food anymore considering that's what I was waiting for and the woman didn't even look at me and just said "no" so basically I waited for nothing.

I absolutely loved the rich, velvety texture of the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino – the perfect harmony of sweet and salty in every sip!

I love the staff at this Starbucks, i go in every morning and sometimes in the afternoon and whether its Monsie working or Willow (makes my coffee to absolute perfection). They make the start of my day so seamless but i was in the other day and i noticed one of the "managers" or higher up I'm not sure their position but they were SCREAMING at one of the baristas (jahnea who's an absolute gem) and it felt like i was in a WWE wrestling match... i mean put aside the unprofessionalism of reprimanding one of their staff in PUBLIC, the way she was being spoken to was so uncalled for. This Starbucks wouldn't be running without the baristas so maybe show them a little respect because the customers notice anyway, 5 stars to the wonderful baristas who make every day a pleasure, negative stars for the management team who really needs to get it together and treat their staff with some common courtesy.

This location was super quick in the mornings a bit slower in the afternoon.

This particular location (Fenway Target Starbucks) was out of cold brew, so the drink I wanted couldn't be made. I asked if there was something really similar she could make instead. It was the grossest thing ever. Not anywhere near what it should've tasted like if she was trying to make something similar. In fact, it was so awful it wasn't like anything I've ever ever tasted at a Starbucks ever.So.. lesson learned. I was in a hurry moving a kiddo into college & didn't have time to decide on what I would want that didn't require cold brew.It was hot out. Didn't want hot coffee.Anyway... not sure it's fair to blame the barista. But... she did agree quite confidently to make something similar ?‍♀️...I guess just take this as a warning. This is not the location to allow any straying from the menu.

I was staying near there and waited for them to open at 7am. When I got there and was asked what I would like, I asked for a cup of regular coffee. I was informed than coffee wasn’t ready yet and wouldn’t be for about ten minutes. They are a COFFEE shop that didn’t have coffee when they opened. What’s the point? I went across the street to Tatte and had a nice cup of coffee there.

I went to this Starbucks location and the woman working there did not know how to make a proper drink. They hire people who don't have any drink making experience and on top of that she was the only person working there. Do better Starbucks. To further my frustration she did not even fill up my drink all the way. My drink was very scanty!
