Worst Starbucks in the longwood area. They never make the drinks right, your coffee is either burnt or your latte is just milk no espresso. This has been on multiple occasions. If you want your moneys worth, go to any other Starbucks but the BI Starbucks.

The food was pretty decent but the customer service from the management and supervisors are by far the worst I have seen. The way they talk to employees is disgusting I guess take the mental abuse or have no income right? The baristas are absolutely amazing but you can tell that the poor management skills are lacking due to a lot of inconsistency’s.

My wife was a patient at BI and she wanted coffee, we googled and saw the Starbucks was still open until 2pm we got there at 1:40 pm the cashier asked if he could help us and what I assume was the supervisor yelled at him and told him that we're closed and refused to serve us. As you can see as I'm writing this review it's still not 2pm yet. The signs outside the door stated that it was open until 2pm.

Came here for the second time ever, food was cold and expired. The orange tag I saw with my bag I purchased was orange and showed it was past the date. They smack fruit flies with the wash rag they use to clean the fridges. The manager is loud and rude. Said it wasn't expired and "it didn't have mold" so I could eat it. The bagel was hard as a rock, I almost chipped my tooth on the bagel alone, there was a circular mold around it. It looks hairy. And my frappe was so watered down I felt like I was drinking sewage water. I even found a fruit fly in my drink. I am NEVER ever, coming back to this place again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am reporting this to the DPH!

The new Apple oat milk iced latte is AMAZING (I drank an entire Grande in under four minutes! Yes, it's sweet. You can use an alternative milk and ask for less syrup.). I can't complain about the service here. They are always willing to go the extra mile.

For a lot of people work here, it's the slowest. If my estimated pick up time for a venti Pike hot coffee is 2:23, they will go to pour it at 2:22, then fill the cup half way before they realize they are out. Then brew it. Then top off my pike with the other kind while I watch through the window. Classy
