Worst Starbucks in the longwood area. They never make the drinks right, your coffee is either burnt or your latte is just milk no espresso. This has been on multiple occasions. If you want your moneys worth, go to any other Starbucks but the BI Starbucks.

The food was pretty decent but the customer service from the management and supervisors are by far the worst I have seen. The way they talk to employees is disgusting I guess take the mental abuse or have no income right? The baristas are absolutely amazing but you can tell that the poor management skills are lacking due to a lot of inconsistency’s.

My wife was a patient at BI and she wanted coffee, we googled and saw the Starbucks was still open until 2pm we got there at 1:40 pm the cashier asked if he could help us and what I assume was the supervisor yelled at him and told him that we're closed and refused to serve us. As you can see as I'm writing this review it's still not 2pm yet. The signs outside the door stated that it was open until 2pm.

Came here for the second time ever, food was cold and expired. The orange tag I saw with my bag I purchased was orange and showed it was past the date. They smack fruit flies with the wash rag they use to clean the fridges. The manager is loud and rude. Said it wasn't expired and "it didn't have mold" so I could eat it. The bagel was hard as a rock, I almost chipped my tooth on the bagel alone, there was a circular mold around it. It looks hairy. And my frappe was so watered down I felt like I was drinking sewage water. I even found a fruit fly in my drink. I am NEVER ever, coming back to this place again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am reporting this to the DPH!

A great location right across from the hotel where I was staying.It was such a hot day, I just wanted something cold with no sugar.The nice lady was very professional and recommended a lemonade made with stevia.It was soooo good!Sadly they were having issues with the payment system so fortunately I had cash on hand.They also have tables and chairs with large umbrellas which is helpful when it's hot or raining.

I have been going to the Starbucks at Beth Israel for quite a few years and I have been ordering breakfast sandwiches along with my drink for quite awhile and one morning I ordered my sandwich and drink and at first I thought I was mistaken when my breakfast meat came up short and I just said to myself hmm, I know there is usually more meat on this sandwich but just passed it off. Then I ordered again one morning and not one ounce of breakfast meat was on the sandwich. I couldn't believe it that a person would eat the breakfast meat off the sandwich and put the breads back together and leave it for me to pick up. I was absolutely mortified! I have never left a review however this time I went immediately back to my desk to write this review. The manager did come out to give me another sandwich instead of giving me back my money like I asked, because why would I want another sandwich made by the same person who ate the breakfast meat off my sandwich to begin with. I was literally disgusted that I immediately deleted my app.
I came here recently with friends , you can say for coffee, then the coffee is really good , we also ordered a couple of dishes to have lunch, we liked the establishment pleasant service at the highest level , so I advise who will be around, run in a nice cozy atmosphere

The Starbucks pick up window is a great little feature in the Longwood medical area. I have ordered from here a couple times, and I've always been able to get my drink as expected and fairly efficiently. The one downside is that sometimes ours can be a little unpredictable so it's hard to know when they're open. Other than that I've had a good experience ordering my coffee here when it's been open when I've looked to order in the area.I really like the feature of the pick up window. Before this location was predominantly a pick up store and it would get really crowded with people waiting inside trying to pick up with a handful of people trying to order. The store is much more efficient and I have found the staff to be very kind And encouraging. The area has so many medical professionals, graduate students and patients so it's nice to have a kind staff greet you despite the busyness going on around you. I don't know if you're able to do anything with a reusable cup here since it is a pick up window.
