They cut down on the size of this place and took the bathroom off. Now customers are stuck in a starbucks cubicle.
The lady with the glasses and light brown hair is awesome in answering questions, the lady with the deadlocks is more curt. Service is fast though. Atmosphere kinda sucks though

This place was renovated to a take out , grab and go place. No bathroom, no seats or tables. Very cold environment from what it used to be. If starbucks plans to do this to more stores, consider me an ex-customer. It's always nice to have the option to sit and drink coffee or be able to use the bathroom even if you plan to do a takeout order. Circumstances change.
Very disappointed in the direction starbucks is going. If I wanted grab and go coffee I would go to Dunkins ,an affordable place like 7/11 or a convenience store.

The new pick-up, its freezing inside, very slow crew, and the guy whispers the name which is useless. SB has to do better since you swapped out full shop for this!!?

As others said, this place is crowed and service is slow, especially food. The store manager should really optimize the workflow. There’s no reason we need to wait simple pastry items (we ordered not warmed chocolate croissants) for 10 min. At any other stores, the staff taking our orders would just grab them directly while we’re paying. But at this one, we had to wait while the staff heating up other food items and be yelled at for waiting at the counter near food prep area.
