Cashier claimed my card didn’t charge the full amount despite the receipt clearly showing it did. She ran it again and now I have two charges on my account.

Busy today, used mobile ordering for my Redeye coffee. Very fast. Well made. Marriott closed the seating area in hotel that was so nice... seating now limited.
The first day I got to the Westin hotel I went down to get two coffees. The Starbucks had very good dark coffees that hit the spot. Dependable service.

Service is very spotty. They forgot to give us a drink and food item. We had to speak up to let them know they completely forgot our items. Not bad if you need something basic but leave the larger orders to a different location. Not recommended

It has a very good space and tables for sitting to have your coffee. Somehow, i felt pressured to order because the guy was sterring at me with an attitude of "please be quick". Location is great. But the staff seemed slow although there like 5 of them. If you are in the area this will be an option. Milk/cream table was messy and no napkins.
