Not surprised that my coffee was made with the consistent Starbucks quality, but the staff was extremely welcoming! One greeted me initially, just waiting for me to enter and welcome me in. The staff member taking my order was just the most chipper, happy person! Their tone was so excited, really just seeming happy to be there. 10/10 service and the usual 10/10 coffee :) not every day that you get that kind of greeting and it truly made me smile.

Hands down my favorite in the entire area!! I’m in Boston a couple of times a year and no matter what, I ALWAYS come to this Starbucks! I’ll go out of my way! The coffee is a coffee but the people is where it’s at! Every time they’re so friendly and warm and welcoming! Love the people that work here and they ALWAYS my coffee perfect!

I was in town for the Celtics game today and decided to stop by for my usual, a venti salted cream cold brew and a cheese danish. Despite how busy it was with so many customers, the team and supervisor managed everything impressively. They kept things running smoothly and provided excellent service. Thank you, Starbucks, for creating such a great experience for an out of town visitor. I highly recommend this location and its awesome team!

It seemed hectic in there but I could tell the team was holding it together and that’s what I love to see! Plus the lady I dealt with Liz was so helpful and patient. I had someone with me who had never been to Starbucks and she was so awesome with being able to explain things and help us order correctly. Easily 5/5 stars.

I went to this Starbucks earlier today while visiting from out of town for the holidays. Liz took my order. She was very personable. my drink came out quickly. I also asked for the bathroom and she kindly appointed me to the hotel next door as their bathrooms were closed.

I don’t usually expect employees to be nice to me or my family because I understand that there are stressful times however that was too much like they were basically ghosting almost my whole family, and that really disrespectful and unacceptable.

The WORST SERVIC EVER IN AN starbucks! The manager is a rude person, we came from Miami and Canada Visiting Boston and this girl treat very bad and offensive to my mom a senior woman… i’ll make a demand against to her!

I just came from Canada, visiting Boston for the very first time and encountered the worst Starbucks ever. This employee was extremely rude, verbally insulted several people in the establishment at the same time, (even seniors), she was very rude and even yelled at different customers within a few minutes. It was the worst experience ever!
Decent coffee. Horrible rewards program. The older crabby lady (short) who works on the weekends is horrible.
