Order a coffee by the app.time frame not accurate they make my drink half way left is there they go make like 10 more drink still didn’t finish up my drink. I stood there for good 5 minutes to wait and I had to spoke up can you finish my drink? she ignored me..

I love this place but I miss when it used to be 24hrs. Please go back to the old hours what a time to be alive it was 😭. I used to come late at night when I was craving a cookie or a refresher.

Had the best service today from “Your BOY!”. I pulled through the drive thru after a long ride with my mother and kids to drop my mother home in Revere. We were all super grouchy from being in traffic and were just looking for a little refreshment. From the moment we got to the order speaker to the window “YOUR BOY!” had all four of us laughing and smiling! He really turned our afternoon around with his vibrant personality and enthusiasm. He was truly exceptional and should be valued as an asset to the company! Thank you for such great service and hospitality!

She is the most disrespectful, dishonest, arrogant acting manager I’ve ever met. She ignored the customers walking through the front door!! She looked right in my eyes with no emotion. Disregarding customers and being inconsiderate + having a lack of communication skills and gratitude for every guest that walks through that door is disgustingly rude. I’d really enjoyed this location before now, I won’t support again. Starbucks needs new management in this location, IMMEDIATELY.

The staff was good, and the store was very clean. It’s near the airport, so I came for a morning breakfast since my flight was in the afternoon
Parking: The parking was free. It got busy when I was leaving, but if you wait for 5-10 minutes, you’ll find a parking spot

I ordered on Uber Eats, a venti psl with almond milk. I didnt get no pumpkin in the drink and it taste like the espresso shots were burnt

Standard Starbucks offerings, medium iced coffee with cinnamon dolce, bacon and cheese eg bites and an egg, sausage and cheddar on and English muffin. Service and delivery is quick despite having a less than optimal staff. Seemed like only one person was doing everything when arriving at the driveup window. The only real negative is that the drive through entrance is just past the store parking lot. No sign or markings to that effect. Observed many cars including myself entering the parking lot, then having to back out , exit and finally find the drive through entrance. Management needs to post a large and obvious sign for the drive through entrance.

My cappucino did not have any coffee at all (!?), just boiled milk. What the heck?
Staff made the completely wrong drink the first time. Then they didn’t put effort into the remake, it’s completely the wrong color they skipped on the strawberry purée & it’s not mixed... The staff here is consistently rude at this location, as if your order is a bother to them.
& if you put no ice in your order you will a 3/4 full cup. However, 3 times I have received a half filled cup! which is just silly.
No use asking for curtesy from the staff here, you’re literally better off being put on hold to discuss issue with starbucks customer service line.
I’ve been visiting this location for years and service has only gotten worse and worse.
The interior of this location is very uninviting due to the lack of cleanliness. They now keep straws behind the counter so you have to ask for everything, yet no workers will look at anyone in line until they feel like it.
There is also a consistently long wait time at this location, regardless of business. I order 10 minutes ahead of time and sometimes I still have to wait on my order!
