The coffee was bad. We had a latte and a regular filter coffee Blonde blend. Latte tasted like water, especially they haven’t asked what kind of milk we wanted and automatically put 2 percent, not whole milk. The filter coffee tasted burnt and bitter. The store was clean though. Parking was a bit confusing and challenging, we took the last spot available even though at the moment the store was practically empty, so I assumed most of the spots are taken by the employees.

Came here last minute and they have changed quite a bit! I didnt realize there was no longer a drive through so after waiting 3 light cycles to turn into the establishment I decided to not go anywhere else. Parking lot is crazy busy, people making their own spots. 1 cashier and long line to order. Cashier seemed pleasant but only 1 other person working making coffee and getting in store and pick up orders ready. For a Sunday morning there should have been more help behind the counter. My drink was fine for what I ordered shaken brown sugar decaf latte with sweet vanilla cold foam and a pump each of hazelnut and cinnamon dolce. I would avoid this location though. Its small, and busy.

This one is a nice facility. A place where you can sit and relax. Because once in a while, instead of rushing or driving, you just want to enjoy your order right there inside Starbucks, after your beverage is made and have your coffee and/or food, in a peaceful environment. And the couple of times I have done this at this specific location, that was the case, thankfully! 🙏 ☕️ 🤲

I was at the starbucks in boston logan airport i went to the starbucks right across the legal seafood restaurant i went in excited and happy i left devastated and embarrassed. I walked you to the counter waited a little then a employee walked up to me she i asked for my order and i told her a pup cup and then she rang it up and said you're all set. Her co worker that was making the the drinks next to her asked what is was and the lady who taking my order explained i saw her mouthing why and mocking me she looked at me and said whipped cream is out. I said are you sure she said yes i went and came back and then asked her again she said no again. The employee that refused service to me and lied has a behavior issue and her name is claudia this is unacceptable and rude behavior
Amazing service at this location! Adam was super friendly and made my drink perfectly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The whole team was efficient and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
