Live nearby - incredibly convenient location, which I’ve tried on numerous occasions. Despite this, I’ve never had a good cup of coffee from here. Consistently burnt espresso. Burnt so bad you can taste it through all of the sugar and milk in a specialty coffee. Repugnant if drinking black. Espresso add ins are also a no-go. Don’t waste your money here, go to Lewis Wharf down the road.
Terrible service, the attendant Andree was super rude, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Bad service… difficult to understand the server (some sort of north European accent) . Took a long time to explain my order. The drinks don’t come out at the same time. This Stabucks is plain horrible

Ordered 4 drinks, one came after 5 min, second two came after 8 min, last took more than 15 minutes. People who ordered after us got their drinks before we received any, and when i asked where the last drink was she told me that they were backed up? something’s going very wrong here

Claire was incredibly patient and kind. My mobile order was having some issues and didn’t print out the ticket correctly, but she took the time to fix it without any frustration and made sure I was happy before I left. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Thank you, Claire, for turning a small mistake into a great experience. She definitely deserves a raise!
Thanks for bringing me a great memory in Boston!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (If zero stars were an option, I would choose that.)
This Starbucks location at Quincy Market is hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I placed an order that came out to $30, and not only was my order completely wrong, but the staff showed zero interest in fixing their mistake.
Instead of taking responsibility, they brushed it off and refused to provide any real solution — no replacement, no refund, no accountability. It’s astonishing how a company as big as Starbucks allows a location to operate with this level of carelessness and disrespect toward paying customers.
This store clearly does whatever it wants, with no regard for accuracy, professionalism, or basic customer satisfaction. If you’re expecting competent service or even the bare minimum of courtesy, don’t waste your time or money here.
I would never recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
NO ALMOND MILK NO CREAM AND THE PUTVTHE WHOLE ICE RACK IN OUR CUPS!
$30 for this shit???
Along a road trip odyssey, I stopped by this Starbucks and was very impressed with the outstanding quality of service that I received. Especially from an employee by the name of Marquis, who I had very authentic conversation with. This is something that I’ve been able to find in the small towns, but never much at all in the big cities. Though I’ve never been to Boston before, and I’m finding it a lot different than my experience with most (but not all) people when I was in the Big Apple.
What I really valued in Marquis was him sharing his story about working in the corporate world, in the big city life. I must admit that as someone who very, very much prefers to be in the small towns over megapolis, I’ve always had a stereotype of big city folks as mindless, soulless automatons. But it was quite cool having authentic conversation with Marquis, because I could see that there’s a real person there. And that helps me shatter false paradigms and grow more along my own Life journey.
To upper corporate Starbucks management. Please acknowledge the outstanding quality of service that Marquis provides for your team. It’s because of authentic, hardworking folks like him that I’ve had excellent experiences at a number of your locations, and why I write these 5 star reviews. Thank you.

Ordered 2 drinks and had to leave with only 1 since it took so long. There were at least 10 people waiting for drinks while they had only 1 barista making drinks while 2 others stocked cups and cleaned the counters. You could tell the barista making the drinks was stressed and needed help, she kept apologizing to the customers as she handed out drinks. Poor management leads to a poor customer experience.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks tonight. The barista’s attitude was extremely disrespectful toward customers and showed no regard for our waiting time. Drink orders came out in a completely disorganized order. I received my first drink and waited another 10 minutes for the second one. When I finally got both drinks, what I received from the staff was rudeness instead of an apology. People should avoid coming to this location.

VERY BAD CUSTUMER EXPERIENCE
served after three customers who arrived well after us, and only after waiting more than 15 minutes and making a complaint. No explanation was provided.
