The barista Walter got order wrong. When my mother said that the order was wrong, the barista was very verbally abusive towards her, screaming loudly for her to “shut up” in a room jam packed with other customers. Will not be back. Being verbally abusive is not how you keep or treat customers.

Great place to get coffee

A nice location with less then stellar staff. We came in about 30 minutes before closing and were told we couldn’t use the bathroom because they had started cleaning (we had already made a purchase).
Shortly after - about 15 minutes before closing we were told we couldn’t continue to sit in the benches inside.
Bad experience.

Ordered 2 coffees with whipped cream! They charge extra for whipped cream and both coffees had zero and when I asked about it they got attitude! Poor customer service!

Guy was really friendly behind the counter. Not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee but I enjoyed this one. Early morning, not crowded and a good stop when walking around Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall.

The worst service ever! LIZ THE MANAGER IS THE rudest person in the world! Never came to this place!! Starbucks is too much for this kind of person…. This woman, in addition to giving us the WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD, responded badly to my mother as a senior woman, and kicked us out of the store, without giving us our service!

Two story interior, with amazing seating on the second level - perfect for connecting with friends while enjoying the views and beating the Boston elements. Starbucks options are endless, coffee ☕️(duh?!?), snacks, a lil more than a snack 😉, desserts, refreshers and SO much more. LOVE this location!

This Starbucks has a great location but inside is FILTHY, like MOST Starbucks I went with friends and family members. Employees don’t seem to take pride in their job and work place. No tables seats cleaned and garbage (sugar sprinkles trash papers littered around grossly dirty seats. In fact they are completely unaware of their own filthy environment. I don’t get it how the managers don’t train their staff properly to have the BASIC hygiene standards. You wonder if they ever clean their machines or containers properly ??!! I don’t buy their coffee.

Terrible service, I would never return to this place, my order was not delivered in its entirety, too much waiting time and they gave me 1 coffee every 20 minutes and the girl was very terrible

I ordered a grande ice Americano, a double shot but the time I got my coffee, tasted it and looked at it. It was super watery. Are you understand an American has water in it but it didn’t taste like a double shot like I paid for just pretty disappointed to have to come back again and still get this disappointed service kind of sucks

The Dominican guy that works there was a total jerk as soon asi a walked in family still did order something and then he started trash talking me to other customers just because as I was waiting in line i sat down on the window ledg….. I don’t recommend going here especially after that great customer service…. No my fault the guy has a minimum wage job
