Ordered 2 drinks and had to leave with only 1 since it took so long. There were at least 10 people waiting for drinks while they had only 1 barista making drinks while 2 others stocked cups and cleaned the counters. You could tell the barista making the drinks was stressed and needed help, she kept apologizing to the customers as she handed out drinks. Poor management leads to a poor customer experience.

The wait time is crazy, prepare to wait 20 more minutes than the mobile says.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks tonight. The barista’s attitude was extremely disrespectful toward customers and showed no regard for our waiting time. Drink orders came out in a completely disorganized order. I received my first drink and waited another 10 minutes for the second one. When I finally got both drinks, what I received from the staff was rudeness instead of an apology. People should avoid coming to this location.

VERY BAD CUSTUMER EXPERIENCE
served after three customers who arrived well after us, and only after waiting more than 15 minutes and making a complaint. No explanation was provided.

The coffee is served so hot it's unenjoyable. I literally have to stare at the cup for 15 mins before I can even take a sip without scalding my mouth. It's ridiculous how stupidly hot the coffee is allowed to be served. Going out even for simple things has become too expensive and is just such a disappointment anymore.

The staff here is really underwhelming. 2 standing and doing something on IPads, 1 taking orders, 1 making drinks, and 2 more talking in the back. All the while they had a line of 15 people

I’ve traveled all over, and I’ve never experienced customer service as rude and dismissive as I did at this Starbucks in Boston.

My kids and I sat briefly on the cushioned bench in front of the mugs while my oldest son was deciding which one to buy as a memory of our trip. Almost immediately, the cashier yelled across the store that we couldn’t sit there and to go upstairs.

When I said her tone was rude, she argued with me in front of my kids, insisting she wasn’t rude and showing no understanding or professionalism. Her final response—a sarcastic “bye”—was the last straw.

I left without making a purchase. This experience was not just unwelcoming; it perfectly summed up the hostile, unfriendly customer service I’ve encountered repeatedly during my visit to Boston.

Cold food! Bacon, egg and gouda sandwich was still frozen. Unfortunately we were already too far to turn around and get a new one. Starbucks corporate customer service was no help making it right either.

It’s either tastes so bad or never ready on time. Happens every time. I always order on app and give them 5 minutes more than the pick up time but it never is ready.
