The prices are very high for basic food options, not just breakfast sandwiches but also bagels and even convenience store fare like candy and granola bars. The actual drinks are comparable to any other Starbucks though, and the service is friendly and fast enough.

Worst…..service ever. Did not willing customize the drink as the guest want even I could do it on the apps, and it came out wrong but I had to got to work had no time to complain. Stopping by to support the business, but the employees didn’t appreciate about that. First and last time ever.

In a hotel this spot doesn’t open until 6:30. The staff was there at 5:30. They were rude and although you could smell the coffee brewing they failed to acknowledge that there were coffee drinkers forming a line. Finally, at 6:29 the young man working went up to get the money. He counted the money to start his shift wearing the same pair of gloves he had been wearing all morning while setting up. Finally, at 6:32 he asked could he help us. And then made the coffee wearing the same disgusting gloves he had worn for thr last hour.

Love this location and staff, I come here every morning for my coffee and tea... Ash, Marcos and Sam are incredible! They go above and beyond to make each experience a great start to the day. Diverse, kind and swift... a must recommend if you're looking for something in the morning around the Long Wharf area!

I’m not a huge coffee guy, but i keep coming back here to the Starbucks at the Marriott because of its excellent service. Baristas Sam, Ash, and Marco’s swift coffee-brewing prowess is rivaled only by their charm, and each morning I come in for a cup or a breakfast sandwich, a little light is added to my day. We all need a little kindness and generosity in our lives these days, and at this Starbucks, it’s overflowing like the steaming pots of jo. They’ve rocked me to my core :). It’s truly hard to imagine a finer establishment to get your morning coffee. I’ll be returning to this starbucks soon, exited for more.
