Boston's Financial District (FiDi) is a bustling downtown neighborhood, part of Downtown Crossing, known for high-rise offices and historic sites

Great staff and awesome matcha latte!
Alex was super nice and made sure all the items in the mobile order were done right. Beautiful location as well.
Views of the city from the bar stools.
Greeted at the door.
Exceptional service.
Its a hub for city dwellers during the day/week.
I often find Starbucks to be overrated...but this is an experience worth having.

It’s disappointing that this Starbucks location doesn’t provide a restroom for customers. Why open a store in this building if such basic facilities aren’t available? It really shows how inconsiderate the building owner is.

Dear owner see you in feb 2026
I walked into this location this morning and I was greeted and welcomed by each employee. Everyone was in such a great mood and service was exceptional. Best Starbucks I’ve been too, customer service top tier!

Went there in the morning for a coffee ($7) and on my way back from the office stopped and asked for a cup of water. They refused even though I had spent money there earlier in the day and regularly spend money at this location. Refusing to give people water is ridiculous

Always friendly service!
On Fridays I can't go here anymore because the guy doesn't know how to make coffee. I had to walk in & turn around to avoid a repeat/ waste of $6 last Friday. At this rate at least I'll stop drinking coffee or just go elsewhere. There's no reason it can be perfect Mon- Thurs & TERRIBLE on Fridays.
Worst Starbucks in the area and Alex (supervisor) is extremely rude and condescending towards most customers. I walked in for the first time while in the city and I couldn’t use my Venmo app in this store. Multiple corporate locations have taken my payment method. LANA chose to solve other “regular” customers issue with drinks/payment method but intentionally ignored me. They didn’t try to help me at all and said we can’t do anything for you. ZERO HELP. I even offered manual entry. This person does not deserve to be a manager at all. This behavior is very unacceptable and disrespectful. Someone please contact me for further clarification, thank you.
This Starbucks, conveniently located across from Boston South Station, is a perfect spot to grab a quick drink before or after your travels. As a tourist, I appreciated the friendly staff and efficient service, especially as I was unfamiliar with the area. They were helpful and made sure my order was exactly right. The store itself seemed to have the typical Starbucks offerings, and it provided a familiar and welcoming environment during my brief visit to Boston.
