Great service at this starbucks. I take the train in from Worcester regularly and they always take care of me. At peak times it takes them way to long to get customers out the door. Something definitely needs to be done about this....

I have frequented this location since about 2010 (!) and have always had a great experience. I did, however, feel compelled to come on here and write a review about my experience yesterday (10/5/2023) and give a huge shout-out to employee "Mark" who went above and beyond. Thank you, Mark! You provided superior customer service. Kudos to you.

The staff here is always so kind, even if they didn’t have great food/drinks I would still be a customer! I know customer service can be extremely difficult, but thank you for doing a great job!

I stopped by this Starbucks since it's close to South Station. As common now with many Starbucks, there were many people waiting for their online orders. It's not a big Starbucks, there's some stools to sit on that face the windows but that's about it. It's a location designed for picking up your order and leaving. Expect somewhat of a wait if you come here on a weekday morning. I waited almost 10 minutes for my online order.

This place is a safe haven a stone's throw from the very chaotic, perpetually-under-construction, no-place-to-charge-your-phone, food court of South Station. The customer service is alway fantastic and quality is consistent with what we appreciate from Starbucks. Matt was the MVP of my travels today; while I was struggling along during a trip from NYC to ME, he made me a fabulous drink, kept the vibes 100, and helped me screw my head back on after experiencing some travel hiccups. Appreciate this Starbucks every time I travel through Boston. Thank you!!!

Terrible service and attitude from a bald old caucasian man in a blue trucker hat, from his speech and demeanor you can tell he is an incompetent manager who’s long past his expiration date, everyone else was incredibly friendly, but this man obviously slept on the sofa last night while his wife slept with a bigger man, both metaphorically and literally.

Apparently its this locations policy to yell at their customers when the order is messed up. Walk a little further and try a different location.

Place is ok if your just picking up and leaving however it sucks that you can't dine in anymore. The place has gone down hill
