Worst customer service ever. The Asian with glasses was incredibly rude, condescending and disrespectful. Should NOT be in a customer service field.

They have forgotten my cold foam 3x’s. Each time they state “it melts”. I watched each time my drink was made, and it wasn’t put on.

Beautiful location but always avoid coming here. It doesn’t matter how far in advance you order… you always have to wait. The location in Assembly Row gets more packed and I’ll get my drink faster there than the Charlestown location 🙃

My very last visit here, I waited 35 mins for both food and drink. The workers were great but you can easily tell that they were heavily understaffed for the day

The worker pat isn’t friendly at all.. I’ve over heard her complaining about customers and also seen her sticking her hands down her pants!! so unsanitary!! Personally I wouldn’t want her handling my food or drinks..

Asked for a drink with no ice and the employee took the drink back and took out the ice with his hands. This was one of the grossest experiences I have ever had at an establishment. Also one of my friends ordered a coffee which was finished and sitting behind the counter for 10+ minutes before its name was called. Very aggravating as I have only bad experiences here.

Sadly they tried to take a short cut and substitute Pike coffee (which they were brewing) for a dark roast pour over. Fortunately, I tasted it before I left with it. When questioned the reply was " Oh, we made a mistake." Ah, label said Dark Roast pour over. Your coffee is too expensive to settle for not what I ordered, because it was the easy way out for the barista!!

All the females are all so sweet and doing a phenomenal job but one Spanish boy making coffees likes to talk about other costumers with another costumer in Spanish possibly his girlfriend the way she hovers over the counter why he making other people order and think people can’t understand what they are saying . When we can actually understand what is being said . The males needs to get more training about making drinks and taken orders . If I’m ordering caramel Rim and drizzle that means I want the caramel all swirled on the cup not just my top of cold foam. Other wise I’d love to give a 5 star.

The "hot" coffee is hot only 50% of the time. Some of the staff are robotic. You ask that something not be heated but they heat it anyway. If you order a muffin or something simple, you're placed in a queue. So, ten people who only order a drink are in and out of the store and you are waiting still for your muffin.
