The review is about the drink quality. I’ve been to other Starbucks, and it’s been fine. This one, it was not. It was a caramel macchiato. It didn’t taste like a caramel macchiato. The first sip I got what appeared to be a slimy oat. Never had that before, but I promise I won’t again. The ones I’ve gone to, I’ll stick to, but never this one again.

The customer service at this Starbucks is the best I’ve ever encountered. I was surprised considering this is a high traffic area but the baristas greeted me immediately when I entered, they asked about my day, and even went so far as to ask if I was okay when there was a man lurking behind me. The lurking man was my husband but never the less I appreciated that they were looking out for me. My drink and food was amazing.

A beautiful and pleasant place. A friendly and cheerful guy with glasses made me delicious coffee. I ordered a large latte and got what I wanted. The large latte was delicious with hazelnut syrup. Price $6.5 including tax. I recommend!

I love the drinks of Starbucks, but sometimes things, it’s just unacceptable I waited 5 minutes on the line. I was alone, and the two workers that was there, were on the cellphone trying to ignore me. But it’s ok, I just ordered a hot chocolate warm, and some people was coming in for order as well. I waited 10 minutes and people that were behind me got their order first than me, and I just order a hot chocolate, and they gave me hot instead of warm, that I asked very specifically. I love the drink but it’s unacceptable.

Rude staff serve you coffee and don't give straws or spoons to stir the sugar. When I picked up a straw to stir the coffee, the employee shouted at me telling me not to reach behind the counter. I will never step foot in this rubbish place again in my life.

Baristas will be filling up their stations, didn't even greet me while I stood in front of the register for 5 minutes to order. Had to do it online. I know that working with the public is extremely difficult, but that doesn't excuse them to at least recognize me at their store.
It was the worst service I've ever had!An employee was mopping when we walked in. When he approached the register to take an order, he did even wash his hands! They were out of coffee even though the place was still open. Since we didn't order anything because they were out of coffee, the employee refused to provide a key to use the bathroom.This store requires serious employees traning to, at least, explain them them it's untisanitary to serve food & beverages with dirty hands.

I came to this Starbucks to buy a coffee with my brother, between talking and charging the cell phone I fell asleep in the chair for a moment, and the man comes to me with a loud voice to say that here you can't sleep reluctantly you have to have manners to say it or wise when talking and expressing yourself to a customer, my intention was not to sleep in the store, I took an ugly experience from Boston that came visiting from New Jersey.
