Sydney and Alex were super helpful and nice! Welcomed me into the store, smiled and took my order. Business store and they still crushed it!

With all the closures, volume has spiked leading to longer wait times. Unfortunate.

Bad coffee, I have been drinking Pike place for long time but today it taste like water.the worst coffee I ever had at Starbucks
Also the barista was rude
Inwas told you charge for syrup & not per pump. $7 for a medium iced coffee. NEVER & of the girl would listen she'd see she was wrong. Lost another customer due to crap service. I'll be calling Monday

Horrible experience! Starbucks have been acting unfriendly towards their customers lately! We can barely get a tap water without purchasing something before that. We cannot use the bathroom either! They do not allow customers to charge their phone, tablets and laptops inside the store anymore! Total bummer! I will delete the starbucks app off of my phone! Never again!!!! With this animosity, you ain’t enhancing your sagging sales!!!

Hands down the best Starbucks ever!
There’s a Starbucks right outside my work, but I still go out of my way to come to this one — that’s how amazing Nina, Shyanne and Greyson are. They’re so sweet and always make me feel genuinely welcomed. My drinks are always perfect, and the vibes are unmatched. Truly the best team and best coffee around!

Greyson and Justin were very helpful✨
They didn’t wash the blender after I informed them of my peanut allergies and had a cross contamination allergic reaction

The review is about the drink quality. I’ve been to other Starbucks, and it’s been fine. This one, it was not. It was a caramel macchiato. It didn’t taste like a caramel macchiato. The first sip I got what appeared to be a slimy oat. Never had that before, but I promise I won’t again. The ones I’ve gone to, I’ll stick to, but never this one again.

Most friendly staff of any Starbucks I've ever been too and I've lived all over the country. Shanice is one of the nicest baristas I've ever encountered. Really made me like Starbucks again and gives me hope for the future!

The customer service at this Starbucks is the best I’ve ever encountered. I was surprised considering this is a high traffic area but the baristas greeted me immediately when I entered, they asked about my day, and even went so far as to ask if I was okay when there was a man lurking behind me. The lurking man was my husband but never the less I appreciated that they were looking out for me. My drink and food was amazing.

The customers were a mix of tourists on the Freedom Trail as well as business people headed to meeting. All we wanted was a good fancy cup of coffee and we found that here with no problems.
A beautiful and pleasant place. A friendly and cheerful guy with glasses made me delicious coffee. I ordered a large latte and got what I wanted. The large latte was delicious with hazelnut syrup. Price $6.5 including tax. I recommend!
