HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: the relatively new Barista Joel was very nonchalant, mediocre subpar when it came to customer service. Didn’t speak, and had an attitude and didn’t have a brain cell to give me a receipt. The manager Chance wasn’t far from the same, his response was “I’m sorry.” Definitely not the Starbucks service I’m used to getting. I’ll be reaching out to the District Manager for their input on their subpar employees who apparently don’t like their job. Not my problem.

Sadly, I can no longer give my business to this location as they cannot be reliable enough to even open on time. I made a preorder at 6am, when they open, just to find the doors locked and lights off when I arrived 15 minutes later. They were refusing to let people it, meanwhile - there is a coffee and food item just sitting on the pickup counter. I was not able to get in contact with anyone who worked at this location, so I could not get a refund for my order. This is a common occurence for Starbucks locations in this area. Don't waste your time here.
Dropped in to have breakfast and only at the end I was told that the toilette was out of order.Non even a 'sorry' for that.In addition the place was non that cleaned.....much worse than other Starbucks I was in :(

Not sure on the olive oil in a coffee‽

the coffee was good, but the refusal to let a paying customer use the bathroom was rude and inconsiderate. If you want good coffee i recommend but if you want good service maybe try somewhere else:)

After my red eye flight, I had some time before my train departed from South Station. I dropped by for a quick bite, and was glad to see that it was actually open (I've tried to stop by on a weekend before and it was closed). This location was a bit busy (but which Starbucks isn't?). Despite having a number of orders to fulfill, the workers friendly, and speedy (I was in and out in 10 minutes). My bacon, gouda, egg sandwich was nice and hot -- and my iced coffee with oat milk had the perfect ratio of milk to coffee.

Very nice location, though like everything in Boston there is limited seating options. I tried on of the new Oleato drinks and was surprised by how good it was.
A great cup of coffee
