This store always has rude baristas. For $8 per coffee, I expect a more pleasant experience. I literally go to the other Starbucks a block away because the baristas are friendly and smile

I work in office Monday and Thursdays and I love this Starbucks. Everyone is always super friendly and kind and they all work incredibly hard and I have never experienced any long waits or bad orders from here! They are one of the only Starbucks who actually make an amazing refresher!

I come here almost every day, but today I experienced what felt like racial bias. The barista acted like they didn’t understand my order, even though I was clear. When I asked for an extra shot in the same cup, they gave me two cups instead. When I pointed it out, they dismissively said I could just pour one into the other. Instead of fixing the mistake properly, they poured it in front of me with an attitude. It was disrespectful and made me feel like I wasn’t treated the same as other customers.

Ordered a white chocolate peppermint latte. First of all how do you not know what that is? It’s literally your holiday drink. Second, this coffee literally gave me the runs.. gross I know but it literally was foul and had me quite literally have a bubble stomach all day. And why is the cashier so dead? Geez we’re in a hospital please don’t make it more solemn than it already is. And yes I understand how rough it is being a barista especially at Starbucks but please check the expiration dates on the things you use for the drinks and please at least refrain from giving the next customer the sas just because the customer before you was the cause of your bad mood.
Sincerely someone that got a stomach bug from your coffee

Rather go to mass art or any other one. Consistently bad!
Good day how do u take away the employees motivation their music I was there today and they did not look happy at all and they also are moving slow....suggesting never take away a motivation tool u need happy customers.
The service here is not great. The people handing out the food are rude. They will get your order wrong and then blame you for the mistake. No sense of accountability. With axfew other Starbucks in walking distance, don't waste your time here.

I never thought i would write a review for a coffee shop in a children’s hospital…but here we are. Parents are already, exhausted, scared, and not in the right state of mind. They come to get coffee and the staff is less than friendly, and 9 times out of 10 only serve hot or iced coffee. No latte no refreshers no tea no ice tea nothing harder than hot or ice coffee. Despite there being 3-4 people behind the counter and all the stock in clear sight. It’s sad that i have to walk by a Starbucks to go to the one across the street, when i just want a latte and to get back to my sick child. It to mention the staff that is working like crazy keeping these kiddos safe and healthy can’t get a speciality coffee. They don’t have time to walk outside the hospital.

Why on the weekends do the staff choose to only serve hot or iced coffee? They will not make cold foam, espresso beverages, or refreshers despite having all this in stock and clearly visible to the customers. Healthcare workers would love to have full access to coffee as we are often way too busy for even a lunch break and cannot leave the building most shifts to go to the Starbucks at Beth Israel that does serve their full menu on weekends.
