Some of the workers are friendly some aren’t. Everytime I order a drink especially holiday drinks they never put the toppings on. You ask a simple question you’re bothering them although you’re the only customer. Watched barista crafted the drink wrong. I love Starbucks and it’s in a convenient location but it’s so convenient and better to just go to a corporate one.
This Starbucks location has the hardest working staff all stemming from their manager. Every morning she is greeting the guests and giving a warm welcome to the morning. Extremely pleasant and warm demeanor.

I was excited to try caramel brulee latte because it was recently launched, but my experience didn't go well. It was not made correctly and the employee didn't even apologize when they realized it.

A bit more expensive compared to other starbucks, but understandably so (its location is great). The staff are friendly. 4 stars because they don't accept mobile orders.
This review is for Quinn & Quinn only. Best customer service experience ever. Came in grumpy and left with a smile on my face thanks to him! We need more Quinns in the world!

the cashier was on the phone instead of taking my order. didn’t want to take my starbucks code to get points. my coffee was burned and my friend’s was cold.

Fraudulent pricing, and zero help - they’ll charge you incorrectly to drive up their revenue. Add shots for $1.25 instead of the $0.50

Rude staff and extremely slow service more than 15 minutes waiting for my drink. 4 people in the bar and only 2 customers.

The staff taking orders/cashier this morning was super service-oriented. I ordered my coffee and breakfast and was ready in 2 minutes. I bought a small Starbucks Boston mug and dropped/broke it before payment. The staff (he) kindly took the broken one in and asked me to get a new one. I only paid for one. Very thoughtful and customer focused??
