This place most definitely exists! It almost is it's own store, but is conjoined with Star Market. Can't order ahead and there is very limited seating, but the staff is friendly and there are bathrooms inside North Station and possible downstairs in the Market. My order came out perfect and won't hesitate to come back.

Really a lame group of kids working here. They said they didn't (none of the 3 of them) knew how to do a pour-over--IN A STARBUCKS!!! Or did they just not want to bother? A really disappointing experience.

This review is to highlight Desmond! I live in the area, and there aren't many places to grab fun drinks. I specifically didn't want caffeine, and when I relayed this to Desmond, I was clearly heard. Not only did Desmond make two amazing unique drinks, but it was truly delivered with a smile! Thank you for being you!

They need to re train their staff when asked to wash their hands after touching chemicals. There should be no attitude or told I don't get paid for this, there is a severe issue with that. I would never trust any employee who refuses to even switch gloves. I would give this location if I could -6

Stinky drops in here semi-regularly...and finds his Iced Coffee is consistently good. Don't really get anything else. The employees there have always been wicked nice. It does get crowded often...and seems understaffed sometimes...but that is not the fault of the people working there. Will keep going back.

I like that I can grab my groceries and my coffee on the way out (+1 star), but there are major issues with this Starbucks location. I understand that mobile ordering at this location would cause chaos, so it's not offered. They're randomly closed in the middle of the day sometimes, around 2-3PM, when I want to stop by to order. During my most recent visit, I specifically wanted a holiday drink, but they ran out of peppermint. They also ran out of the caramel brûlée, but my sister was only told after she ordered, by the guy who was making the drink. On top of that, it took so long to make my order. People who ordered *after* me received their order *way before* me and everyone already left the store while I was still waiting for mine...I always wait for more than 10 minutes at this store for my drinks. If you're on a time crunch, don't bother coming to this location. I don't know why this store is so lacking and I can't blame the guy who made my order because he honestly had no clue what was going on while Beatriz who was taking the orders at the register literally did not want to be there. I guess there was no communication between the two about what was out of stock or not.
